Guren started to read what Shinya wrote for him;

(I'm so sorry I tried to write something that didn't sound cringe for days and couldn't so let's just say it was a really good written love story I'm very, very sorry.)

Shinya started to look a little worried because he was worried if his writing was good enough. "Is... It- okay?" Shinya bit his bottom lip.

"Yeah, it's actually really good." Guren smiled in happiness and amazement. Shinya's smile was radiant, it was enough to brighten a gloomy day. 

"I'm so glad you liked it!" Shinya squealed happily, which made Guren smile softly. 

"Yeah," Guren didn't know what else to say. At that moment the bell rang, surprising both of the boys.

"I got to get going now!" Shinya waved and started to walk away.

"Wait- do-... do you want your story back?" Guren asked.

Shinya smiled, "no, you can keep it!" Guren smiled back and waved as he walked away holding the paper. Once Guren had turned the corner, Shinya started jumping with happiness and squealing like a little girl. Once he had stopped jumping he cheerfully walked to class still smiling. When he walked in looking so cheerful there was a group of students staring at him with confused looks, no one has seen Shinya looking so bubbly so it freaked them out. Shinya ignored the students hunched over whispering things about him and made his way to his desk. He swung his backpack down and placed it on the back of the chair. Shinya plopped down in his seat and sat happily at his desk, daydreaming. Shinya would daydream often so the teacher knew they had to snap him out of it. But instead of a teacher, one of Shinya's bullies who sat at the desk next to Shinya's, took out a ruler and hit Shinya with it. Shinya flinched and popped his mind out of those fantasies. He looked around confused because he hadn't seen the person who smacked him with a ruler. It didn't hurt, so Shinya could care less. He went back to daydreaming about Guren for god knows how long.

Completely in his head, someone poked him on the shoulder but he didn't feel it, then the person lightly hit his shoulder, so Shinya popped his head up and looked to see who was there. It was a short girl, in his year, she had red hair up into 2 ponytails. As he had recalled her name was Mito Jujo. 

"Hello?" Shinya looked at her confused.

"Ugh- Did you not hear the bell ring?! You're gonna make me late for my next class!!" Mito whined.

"Oh uh- I was spaced out, sorry-" Shinya laughed nervously while grabbing his stuff and standing up. As soon as he stood up Mito grabbed his arm and dragged him off to the next class which they also had together. Shinya limped while being dragged by Mito, she was pretty strong for her height. Shinya stumbled to his desk just in time for class. He sat down and looked over at Mito who had just plopped herself at her desk with her arms crossed Infront of herself. 

Math class was the worse class of the day. Not because of the math per se, but because of that godforsaken teacher. The teacher was so strict and she would even slap you if she saw you dozing off or doing something other than math. Shinya had to sit up straight, he knew that this teacher had it out for him. She would always give Shinya scary glares during class and it freaked him out. Plus, today was test day, Shinya tried his hardest on the test, it was a big grade and Shinya's math grades were pretty low. He's fine at maths though, he just hates the class and everything to do with it. After the test, Shinya felt pretty good about it, he felt he did his best. After a few minutes, the bell had rung and dismissed the class, Shinya was off to his next class.

Class after class yeah yeah, let's skip forward to the last class of the day, PE. 

Shinya always wears his gym tank top under his school uniform so he didn't have to change in the locker rooms, changing Infront of others made him uncomfortable. Shinya sat awkwardly on the locker room bench while all the other males got changed. Shinya looked at the floor, like always. Guren was in his gym class too but he is usually late. Shinya heard Guren's voice when he walked into the locker rooms, Shinya accidentally peaked up and saw him shirtless. Shinya immediately looked back to the floor and covered his face with his hands, his face was bright red. Shinya shook his head trying to stop thinking about it. Suddenly he felt someone tap his shoulder and Shinya flinched, looking up to see who it was. Guren was standing there.

"Are you okay? You look like you're freaking out over here.. Oh and your face is red- maybe you're getting sick?" Guren checked up to make sure everything was okay. (Guren's wearing his gym tank top now too btw)

"A-Ah yeah just a little feverish.." Shinya smiled weakly. 

"You should go to the nurse's office then," Guren said, "I can walk you," Guren added.

Shinya's heart was racing. "N-No I'll be good-" Shinya stood up and looked at Guren for a second before awkwardly walking out of the locker room embarrassed, Shinya tried to skip the gym but was forced into it by the gym teacher. Shinya stood in a line of people with tensed up shoulders. The teacher picked out groups and decided that they were gonna play soccer. (Football if you live outside of the U.S) Shinya was not good at sports, any type of sports, and the worse part is that the other team he was going up against was full of bullies and try-hards. On top of that, Shinya was very tired from not getting any sleep the night before. Guren was on Shinya's team. The team leader also decided to make Shinya be goalie because they didn't think he'd be much of use on the field. Shinya was bad at goalie but he blocked a few shots. 

Shinya's bully was the one with the ball at his feet approaching the net about to shoot, just as the guy kicked the ball Shinya realized that he wasn't aiming for the net, Shinya couldn't dodge in time and the soccer ball hit Shinya in the head. The last thing Shinya could remember was people shouting and Guren picking him up before everything faded to black and he lost consciousness.

Later Shina woke up in a hospital, he was surprised and confused. Shinya didn't think the ball would hit so hard that he had to end up in the hospital. As soon as Shinya sat up on the white bed Shinoa leaped up and hugged him tightly. Shinya hugged her back and asked her what had happened. She explained what had happened, which wasn't as bad as he thought.

"Also, Guren was the one who delivered you to the hospital," Shinoa stated.

Shinya's eyes widened and his cheeks turned a little red, Guren cared that much about Shinya..? Later Shinya had texted Guren to tell him that he was alright. Shinya returned home safely although it was pretty late. Shinya went straight to sleep exhausted from today. Shinya slept comfortably that night.
