{Pic is of Mukuro. One for Manyle will be soon}
(Mukuro's POV)
I calmly walked through Jump City. I sighed, feeling a sense of serenity cloak me. I brushed a small section of my dark brown curls, so dark it was nearly black, away from my face. I felt a small breeze chill my arms, so I began hugging myself in a failed attempt to warm myself up.
I turned around and saw a dude with some sort of eyeball on his head. I gasped and felt a shocked expression cross my face. I recognized him from the news! He was a HIVE student!
"Why, hello, little lady," the guy smirked, walking towards me. Wasn't his name Eye Five or something like that? I forget. "Let's play a game."
He punched me right in the nose. I squealed in pain and felt myself get launched across the street, my light green and blue tie that went with my black school uniform flying into my face. I smashed my head against a building, denting it quite considerably. That guy is strong! Then again, I was never all that good when it came to athletic things. My wiry build said that exactly.
I reached up to my head wound with one hand and felt blood in my dark hair. I gasped.
And then I blacked out and my alter ego took over.
(Manyle's POV)
I woke up when Mukuro felt blood on her head. I guess that's how split personalities go: mess with the first one and you end up with the other one in some sort of grumpy mood.
I stood to see the green jerk laughing his head off. I tied my hair up into a ponytail and braided said ponytail while he went off on his cackling fest.
I smirked as my clothes changed. Regularly, Mukuro had on that little school uniform of hers, but now, I wore a dark turquoise body suit with a kicked up army belt around my waist. In it were all sorts of weapons. When Mukuro and I traded, her inexperienced magical abilities were changed into epic fighting techniques, so my specialty.
I ran forward at Green Jerk, bringing out my sword. With a battle cry I had been preparing for years, 14 years, to be precise, I sliced at his suit with my sword. The guy was caught off guard and went flying into a nearby wall. I smirked more. He deserved it.
I put my sword back into my belt and pulled out a metal bat. Time to finish this once and for all.
I swung the bat over my head and knocked Green Jerk unconscious. I smirked (which is my regular expression, if you can't tell). Sweet.
(Mukuro's POV)
When I finally came back, Eye Five was unconscious before me. My head pounded from my head wound, though. I sighed and felt where I had gotten hit. It wasn't bleeding anymore, which is probably what triggered my reappearance.
I closed my eyes and sighed again, focusing my energy into my fingers. I rested them on my wound. I couldn't use my healing abilities all that well, much like my other powers (which include most things light).
I was quite winded when I had finally healed my wound. I pulled my hair out of its ponytail and unbraided it. I shook my head, my hair fanning out around me.
I sighed and began my walk home. My abusive family wouldn't want me gone forever.
--------------------
Quick thing: Mukuro has split personality disorder, and Manyle is her alter ego.
And this story has been a WIP since Tori, Freckles and I were in Aristocats back in June my frick Dij stop procrastinating.
On another note:
The DR references here hurt.
Like so much.
