Dave's pov
kurt, krist, and I are going to the lake with y/n and her little brother alex the lead singer of the band lilac.
oh, i should probably mention i have a HUGE crush on y/n.
y/n's hair was flowing through the wind as she stuck her head out the window, humming the tune to fourth of july
we pulled into the parking lot, only to see we have the entire lake to ourselves.
third person pov
y/n quickly sped toward the railing of the small cliff and seating area where they'd be cooking and eating food (no shit)
y/n was already on the railing of the cliff, when krist pulled her down by her arm.
" y/n! " " whaaa? " y/n sarcastically asked.
" you do realise that the railing is under construction, and it's dangerous? "
" yea, i do.... so what? "
y/n then turned around and jumped into the frigid water, a loud splash sound followed after.
krist rolled his eyes.
" oh, cmon' no need for safety, it's water " dave chided, then soon after jumped into the water.
y/n was already toward the water pole hanging off the side of it. her hand then slipped and she fell into the water.
" i see goggles over there! i'm gonna grab them " " you realise those might be somebody else's, and they could potentially come back for them? "
y/n shrugged " finders keepers " she retorted with a mischieveious smirk.
whilst y/n was grabbing the goggles she got her little brother a life jacket and strapped it on his chest.
alex and y/n jumped back in to the water
kurt then jumped into the water, soon followed by krist.
y/n's pov ( ~ time skip ~ )
after a few hours of playing around in the water and jumping off the cliff we got hungry.
krist, dave, kurt and i headed toward the the seating area and started eating
i decided to sit by the water at the other small cliff with my little brother, no construction sign was there and i sat down on the swing.
unbenounced to me, dave sat next to me making me jump slightly.
" hey n/n "
" hey davey " i said in a teasing manner
he rolled his eyes and wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me slightly closer to him.
i know he's blushing, mainly cause he could barely ever touch me without turning crimson red
" you know that i like you too right? "
" really? "
" yea, you're really hot, and sweet, and i just appreciate you "
" can, i uhm- "
i cut him off by softly kissing his chapped lips. he pulled me closer to him.
after i'd say 36 seconds we pulled away.
" you realise you're legally obligated to keep holding me " " i'd never dream of letting you go "
" is he my brother now n/n? " alex questioned
" NO- "
