"Huff! Huff! Huff! Huff!"
The only sound sound being heard at the moment was Y/N's staggered breaths as he ran up the hill. It wasn't long before wisteria flowers came into view.
"Wow..." Y/N's mouth was agape in awe. There were wisteria trees all over the place, and about 20 or more people in view. 'Must be here for the Final Selection.' Y/N walked closer to the people to atleast blend in with them, thats when he saw a familiar student in a cloud decorated kimono and sped up to them.
"Hello, by any chance are you a student of Sakonji Urokudaki?" You asked, they turned around to face you. They had a beautiful shade of maroon to their hair and their eyes, above their hair was a fox mask? You couldn't quite match out what it was.
"Huh? Yes, I am! Is there something the matter?" They asked.
"I'm a student of Naharou Taran, my sensei wanted to give Urokudaki a message. If you do end up making it back to your sensei, can you make it happen and deliver it?" You asked. "Ofcourse! What would be the message?" They asked.
"Naharou Taran wanted to give Sakonji Urokudaki their biggest thanks, from me and my husband, Sotako." Y/N said. "Hai! I'll do my best to make it! Oh I forgot.." The person bowed.
"My name's Tanjiro Kamado! I have high hopes for you this week!" Tanjiro smiled kindly.
'So.... Bright..' Y/N thought looking away.
"My name's Y/N L/N, I ask the same for you, Kamado." Y/N calmly said.
"Greetings Everyone." Y/N and the other students looked at the two children. One black haired and the other white haired.
"Thank you all for joining the Final Selection tonight." The black haired one said.
"There are alot of demons held captive on this mountain brought back by demon killing swordsmen. They are unable to leave—"
"—because from the mountain foot to half way up, there are alot of demon repelling wisteria that balloon all year round."
"However, from here on out, there are no wisteria, only demons. If you can survive for seven days—"
"—Then you pass the Final Selection, Now let the final selection begin."
'Piece of Cake.' Y/N thought.
And from there, everyone ran off the forest, Tanjiro's face looked determined as he ran off with his sword, leaving Y/N to go off on his route.

"RAAAAAAHHH!" A demon yelled from behind you.
"Stupid, giving away your location before striking? That's not a smart move." Y/N said
SLASH
The demons head was rolling on the ground.
"W-What? N-No! THIS ISNT POSSI-"
The demons head slowly disintegrated.
"Poor person, they didn't even have a normal life." You bent on your knees, and prayed. You got up and slashed as many more demons as you could until the sun rose again and dealt with the demons itself.
