Y/N walked back to tamayo and yushiro whilst carrying Tanjiro on his chest as nezuko held onto Y/N's back fully awake.
"Ah, where did Tamayo and yushiro go?" Y/N asked as looked around.
"Hey you dimwit. Over here in the basement." Yushiro yelled from under as a hallway to the basement led the way.
"Mmhmm." Nezuko muffled pointing to the basement.
"I didn't know they had a basement.." Y/N said as he walked down the steps, waking Tanjiro up.
"Mnhh..huh?!" Tanjiro slightly streaked as he freaked out a bit. "Where are we!?"
"Shh, it's alright. The battle is over, did you rest well?" Y/N reassured as he set Tanjiro down.
Tanjiros cheeks flushed with red as he rushed to fix himself up.
"Y-yeah, thank you for taking care of my sister while I was gone. I truly appreciate you!" Tanjiro complimented as he took Y/N's hands in his own.
"O-Oh thank you-"
"For the love of- just get down here!" Yushiro yelled from the basement, soon after a little smack was heard.
"Yushiro, let them take their time!"
Y/N and Tanjiro deadpanned as they walked together holding hands as nezuko got off and ran downstairs.
"Finally you both took forever." Yushiro complained as he then looked at you guys holding hands. "And I see reunions were made.."
"Y/N, tanjiro, i dearly hope you both are fine.." Tamayo said as she slightly furrowed her brows.
"Ah! Thank you for the concern lady Tamayo! We're okay!" Tanjiro said brightly.
Suddenly, nezuko hopped off Y/N's back, running to Tamayo embracing her tightly. All three boys gawked at the sudden movement and yushiro started a fit about the sudden lack of attention.
"Oh, about that. Nezuko has been acting like that ever since she woke from her slumber. Hopefully it doesn't affect her." Y/N said as soothed his back as Tanjiro helped.
"Oh yeah! It's all alright, she probably really thinks of you three as people she knows from our old home." Tanjiro claimed as he lit up.
"But..the suggestion placed on nezuko..wasn't it to only treat humans as family?" Tamayo asked concerned as she looked at nezuko.
