Chapter 1

Jungkook is off from his job for the day and calls his good friend jin to make him some food because he visiting him today.

"Finally off from work." Jungkook muttered. Jungkook packs his bag and calls Jimin to arrange a day out. "Hey Jimin I have Thursday off, wanna meet up at the near by cafe?" Jungkook asked.

Jimin was writing down some files before he could answer the call, he hears his phone ring and picks it up.

"Hey Jungkook! Oh yeah sure how about at 5:00pm?" Jimin added.

Jungkook agrees and hangs up and walks out of the building.

Jimin flips his hair and clicks his pen closed and sighs. "This world is full of secrets."-

Jungkook arrives at Jin's apartment and greets him while taking off his shoes. "Jinnn what are you stirring up this time?" Jungkook asked as he could smell the bulgogi and the freshly cooked ramen coming from the kitchen. "Just come on in and sit down already, this took a lot of effort." Jin yelled. Jungkook walks into the dinning room and sees all the food rested on the table with the many side dishes. Jungkook's mouth was already watering, the food was well made by the master chef jin.

"Alright, this is it." Jin said, "what would you like to drink?" He added. Jungkook asked for some sprite and thanked jin for his hard work in the kitchen. "How was work?" Jin asked as he was eating him ramen.

"It was good, like always." Jungkook said.

"You're a workaholic Jungkook. You should take more breaks." Jin said.

Jungkook eats some of the pickled radish and mocks Jin in a playful way.

"Hey! I don't need to hear your nonsense." Jin yelled.

Jungkook just laughed and finished his serving of ramen while Jin eats the slices of bulgogi. "Woah Jin you should open your own restaurant one day, this is outstanding." Jungkook says. "I know." Jin replies. "Save your compliments, I have more things up my sleeve." Jin added while he chuckled.

Sitting in his office at around 8pm and has a file left on the table he looks in it as it was sent in today by his co worker. "What could this be." Namjoon said as he yawned. As Namjoon reads the file he realizes something and his eyes widen and reads it outloud in a low tone.

"Dear Kim Namjoon, this is a report made 2 days ago and it seems to be a severe case this time, you and your team are the most strongest for this case. A 34 year old man has killed 15 kids April 21, 2022. He's on the loose again since 2020. We need to find him immediately and we need your help. Send your strongest allies We're counting on you Kim Namjoon."
Report this Thursday and start Friday this week."

Kim Namjoon sets the file aside and hops back on his computer to email Jeon jungkook and Park Jimin about the issue since they're the highest ranking for high level cases.

9:55pm Kim Namjoon puts on his trench coat and closes off the building for the day curious about the case and how it can be solved.

Jimin walks inside his room with one other detective and stretches then sits down. "Aagh- ssi, it's too earlyyyy." Jimin pouts, "I really need to get more sleep in." Jimin logs on his computer, types in his password and gets a message on his computer.

"Hey jimin." One of his guy co workers comes up to him and gives him a coffee. "Here you go, I got it from you're favorite place." He said "we're even now." Jimin jumped and look up half sleep and accepts the coffee politely. "Not to be nosey or anything Jimin, but that message seems important." His co worker says as he goes back to his desk. "Hmm.." Jimin reads the message and his eyes widen about the message Mr. Kim Namjoon sent him. "Is he sure we can solve this?.. I mean-" jimin hears the door slam open as he sees Jungkook come in. "Jimin! It's urgent we need to meet at Mr. Kim Namjoon's office now." Jungkook said.

"O-oh yeah, alright I'm coming." Jimin said stuttering because of the alarming awakening from everybody this morning.
