Likes Are Different Then Love

(Based off of Iris Wilson from The Great Ace Attorney)

I like sipping my freshly brewed tea in the early morning, and listening to the soft strings of a violin being used next to me.

I like typing away on my keyboard until my hands start to cramp up, and they start to feel like they are going to fall off. Yet, I keep on going to get the new issue of my book written.

I also like to create new teas and medicines, which I do by spending a good amount of my free time out in the garden. Picking out herbs that I will need to use later, each useful in their own unique way.

I like to help out my friends when I am needed, always being there with an open hand when they fall. Making sure that they are living life to its fullest, just like I try to do.

I like to sit down and take out my favorite book, watching as the fireplace starts to cast its faint glow as the house gets dark. Holding onto Waggy our cat, with one hand, as the other grasps the book with my small child hands.

I also like to take walks, whenever the rain and fog seem to close up. Leading me to look at the market stalls with joy, wandering to and from them to search for new ingredients.

The two things that I enjoy over all else though, are the things that I keep close to my heart.
I love my big sister and brother, seeing them both perform to their limits, and seeing them use their words across the room. To see them study late into the evenings, which leads to me blessing them with some freshly brewed tea. Which always seems to wake up their nerves. Especially when my big brother brings his friend over, that's when we start to feel like a true family.

The last thing that I love, not like. Is the man that I call my father, that let me live with him since day one. Always taking me out with him on adventures which spark my curiosity. My bright pink springy hair always seems to bounce around the most whenever he brings me along. Relating to my built up energy, and the amount of happiness that I have during those moments.

Yet for times sake, I love my family, and like everything else in life. Since those two words hold different places in my heart. That for sure, will never be changed.
