What is she hiding?

It's been a week since the fight between Kareena.
Karishma seemed very normal. She was happy as she was before. DS and AS were confused as hell, but they thought that Karishma has moved on. They were happy with Karishma's happiness. But, little did they know, Karishma was hiding a secret from them.
At evening Karishma excuses about bringing snacks and goes out of house. After walking for 10 minutes, she reaches an abandoned house. She feels scared to go inside. Her mind was telling to run away fro there, but Karishma opens the door and goes inside the hall. She observes everything keenly, it was dusty, very dusty. The place was so silent that her footsteps were sounding so loud, as if a big foot monster is walking. She sees a room, which was half open, she holds the door-knob, and something runs fastly, she backs off and shouts. Then she realises it was a mouse. She laughs and again opens the door, this time someone from back, catches Karishma puts hand over her mouth carries her and takes her to another room. Karishma struggles a lot to get out of the hold, but it was too strong for her. Her heart was pumping freaking loud. She was scared as hell, she struggled a lot, but she gives up. Then the person places her on the bed. Karishma looks up at the person with rage.
But the another person smiles awkwardly.

Person- Kaisa laga humara mazaak?
.
KS (gets up from the bed)- Kaisa laga? Man toh kar raha hai, aapko yahi maar de, fir sachi ka bhoot banna, shauk bhi pura ho jayega, jaan nikal li thi humari aapne! Yahi jagah mili thi kaa?
.
Person- Sorry, hum bas thodi si masti kar rahi the. Waise plan ka kya hua?
.
KS- Sab sahi chal raha hai, unko vishwas ho gaya hai humari baaton mai. Par hume ek baat samajh nai aa rahi, hum yeh aakhir kar kyu rahe hai? Haseena ka baat hai, aap thik toh hai naa? Kya humne sachi mai kuch galat kiya hai?

Flashback
.
KS was going to get fresh but Haseena pulls her, Haseena looked quite tensed.
.
KS- Kaa hua? Aap aise ghabra kyu gayi? Sab theek hai naa?
.
HM- Karishma Singh, aapko humare liye kuch karna hai, kya aap kar payengi?
.
KS notices the seriousness in her tone she nods.
.
HM- Thik hai, Karishma aapko aur hume ek naatak karna hoga, isme aapko aisa dikhana hoga ki humari dosti toot chuki.
.
KS- Kaa? Kyu? Haseena koi problem hui hai, aap hume bataiye, hum...
.
HM cups her face- Shant, hum aapko nai bta sakte kya problem hai, bas humare liye hai, aapko ek letter likhna hoga humare naam se.
.
KS- Fir?
.
HM- Fir woh aapko aapke bhaiyaa aur Ammi ko woh letter dikhana hai, aur yeh bolna ki aap maafi nai maangegi kyu ki aapne kuch galat kiya hi nai hai. Aapke family ko lagna chahiye ki humari dosti sach mai toot chuki hai.

KS- Thik hai.
.
Then Haseena runs from the window and Karishma quickly writes the letter of course she wrote in a different handwriting, then she palaces the letter on her side table and goes to washroom. She comes back and starts doing whatever was instructed her to do.

Flashback ends.

HM- Pagal hai kya aap? Aap humare saath kuch galat nai kar sakti. Aur rahi baat yeh jhoothi chitti ka, woh hum aapko abhi nai bta paayenge Karu... But haan, Yeh aapki aur humari bhalai ke liye hai. Par aapko ghar ko itna tehes nehes karne ki kya zarurat thi?

KS- Woh.... Ek min? Aapko kaise pta humne ghar mai kya kiya! Jahan tak hume yaad hai, aapke jaane ke baad humne ghar mai cheeze todi thi. Aapko kaise pta chala?
.
HM (fumbles)- Woh... Humne guess kiya.. haan(corrects herself) humne guess kiya tha.
.
KS- Aap hi ne toh bola tha thoda realistic lagna chahiye. 😅
.
HM- Waah toh aap apna ghar tod dengi 🙂 Mahaan hai aap devi (joins her hand)
.
They laugh.
.
KS- Acha aagey kya karna hai?
.
HM- Kuch nai go with the flow. Bas kisi ko pta nai chalna chahiye humare beech koi jhagda nai hua hai, waise bhi KarEena ke beech mai koi nai aa sakta, aur na hi hum aane denge.
.
HM forwards her hand and they shake their hands, then Kaishma leaves.
.
Scene shifts to KS's home, DS was holding something in her hand and observing it keenly, Anubhav was using his phone, then he notices her mother and calls her.
.
AS- Aamma? Kya hua?
.
DS- Anubhav idhar aao, aur yeh letter dekho.
.
AS- Kyu dekh rahi hai amma aap, behna ne yeh dekha toh usse bura lagega.
.
DS- Tumhe nai lagta yeh handwriting Karishma jaisi hi hai?
.
Anubhav takes the Letter from DS and takes out one notebook of Karishma, he observes very sharply and finds some similarities.
.
AS in disbelief- Amma yeh toh, sach mai thoda bhut Karishma se match ho rahi hai. Yeh dekhiye iss letter mai jaise D likha hai, waise Karishma ki notebook mai nai likha hai, jaisi ki woh struggle kar rahe the D ko dusri tarah likhne kaa, fir jo word spacing hai woh Karishma ke notebook ke words space se puri match ho rahi hai.

DS- Humne kaha tha yeh ladki humse kuch toh chupa rahi hai. Hey bhagwan! Kya kare hum iska.
.
Meanwhile Karishma enters, and finds DS and AS looking at her.
.
KS- Aap dono hume aise kyu dekh rahe hai?
.
DS gives her a notebook- Karishma abhi hum jo bolenge tumhe isme likhna hai, okay!
.
KS- Par...
.
DS(cuts her)- Par, var kuch nai, humne bola ma likho, matlab likho. (Shouts)
.
KS- Ji pen dijiye.
.
Karishma starts to write.....
