Nobita's pov :-
As soon as Shizuka left, I fell on the floor crying hard. I was heart broken. It hurts so much. I just sat there crying my heart out.
Suddenly, I was pulled in a tight and warm hug. I was too focused on crying to think about the person that was hugging me. I needed that hug so badly right now. It felt warm. It felt comfortable. I just hugged them back tightly, sobbing in their embrace.
Dekisugi's pov :-
Nobita was just sobbing in my chest hugging me tightly. My baby was so heart broken. It breaks my heart to see him in this condition. He was a crying mess. My eyesight became blurry due to tears in my eyes. It hurts seeing him like this.
"Shhhh, calm down baby, I am here for you see, I won't leave you, calm down.", I wishpered softly in his ear. He just sunggled I'm my chest crying harder while I rubbed his back.
After sometime he calmed down, he stopped crying but I could still hear him sniffing. We stayed like that for sometime before he pulled away from the hug.
He looked at me with doe eyes filled with tears before asking me,
"Sugi she no like me . Am I not good enough for her ?"
"Off course not bunny, you are the best boy I have ever seen. It's not because of you love. It's just she is not attracted towards boys, even if it's you or me or any other boy okay. Now don't cry, we don't want your brother to see you like this right ?", I said wiping his tears as he nodded his head cutely.
"Come on, let's go to washroom and wash that tears away from your pretty face. Hmmm ?"
He just nodded again. Not saying a word.
He stood up and went towards the door and I followed after him. We went to washroom and he washed his face. His eyes were still red from crying. We finished our business in there and walked towards the cafeteria. We saw our group sitting on a table and went towards them. We saw two empty chairs next to eachother and sat there.
Everyone's attention shifted to us. They saw Nobita's red eyes and worriedly looked at me. I gesturred them 'I will tell you guys later'. They just nodded and continued to eat their lunch. After sometime the bell rang and we went to our respective classes.

Time skip to after school :-
Narrator's :-
After the classes, the group met on the school gate. They talked about some silly things and decided that they will hangout at their favourite cafe today. Everyone noticed the sudden change in Nobita's mood.
After that, everyone went to their home.
Doraemon's POV :-
(In car)
Nobita seems sad. Did something happen? He is silent since the lunch break. I am starting to get worried. What if something bad happened? I will talk to him once we get home. Let's focus on driving right now.
Narrator's POV :-
After they reached home, Nobita directly went to his room before Doraemon even had a chance to talk to him.
Doraemon sighed and went to his own room to freshen up.

Time skip to the afternoon,
'The group is going to meet at 5:30 p.m.' As Nobita thought while looking at his watch, it was only 4:30 p.m. He still had a lot of time left before the group meeting.
He was still heart broken 💔 from the inside but acted as if nothing is wrong by smiling but of course it wasn't a genuine smile. It was a fake smile. But his parents thought he was acting a bit weird but shrugged it off being oblivious to the fake smile. They thought it was about studies that he is stressed.
But off course Doraemon and Dorami noticed the sadness in Nobita's eyes. They were able to notice the broken Nobita behind his fake smile. They were concerned about him. They wanted Nobita to talk about his problems to them and let them help him.
Suddenly,there was a knock on her s bedroom door which made him snap out of the bubble of thoughts he was having about the rejection.
"Nobi! Are you ready baby?" ,Asked his mother.
"Yeah mom! Just a minute pls",he replied
"Okay but be fast got it. Your brother is waiting for you downstairs."
With that his mom left. He than grabbed a perfume and sprayed it on himself. He left and mad his way downstairs where he saw his brother standing near the entrance. Nobita was wearing a white t-shirt and a black overall, while his brother was wearing a plane while t-shirt with plane black pants and a black unbuttoned shirt.
Both got in the car. Doraemon in the driver's seat and Nobita in the passenger's seat The cafe was about 20 minutes far from their home.
On the way to the cafe, Nobita was awfully quiet. Doraemon was very concerned about his brother as he has always been a bubbly boy with him.
"Hey Nobita! Are you okay bub?", Doraemon asked suddenly as it has been 10 minutes since they have left their home.
Nobita flinches a little at the sudden voice which brought him out of his thinking bubble. He then looks at Doraemon who was glancing at him sometimes. As Doraemon was driving, he can't look at Nobita but still Nobita can see the concern in his brother's eyes.
Nobita stared at his brother for sometime and then replied,
"Yes b-brother I-I am f-fine", Nobita said in a low voice which was almost inaudible.
Unfortunately, Doraemon couldn't hear it, so he asks,
"What was that bub? Can u repeat it pls?"
"I am f-fine brother", Nobita replies a bit louder this time.
"Ok bub but tell me if something is wrong okay?"
"Y-Yes"
Again there was silence in the car but this time it was comfortable.
After sometime, they reached the cafe and Doraemon parked the car in the parking area.
The cafe's name was 'LOVE'.It was a popular family cafe. The owner of the cafe was an old sweet couple. They named the cafe 'LOVE' cause that one single word represents many relationships such as between a parent and their child, between siblings, between lovers, between best friends and many more. Moreover they has a son named max who looks after the cafe now-a-days with his boyfriend.
Nobita and Doraemon walked into the cafe and goes to their usual sitting area when the others were sitting. There were two empty sits , one beside Shinso and the other beside Dekisugi. Doraemon went and sat beside Shinso and Nobita sat beside Dekisugi who gave him a smile.
The group started discussing about random things. Most of the members were involved except two peoples. They were none other than Nobita and Dekisugi . Dekisugi was a very open and talktive person but today he was awfully silent. The group noticed this and asked if he was okay.
"I am okay guys", he replied with a smile.
The group knew there was something bothering him but decided not to push it further. After a few minutes, Dekisugi turned towards Nobita and wishpered in his ears,
"Come in the washroom after a few minutes."
With that he stood up and excused himself towards the washroom
