Chapter 17-Hospitals and Runaways

Jaiden's POV

Black. That's all I could see. Was I dead? No. I could still hear. But not a lot.. It was mostly mumbled. I heard the door slam shut and someone walking over to me. They took my hand in their big hand and I could hear them as clear as day.

"I promised to keep you safe.. But I broke it." I knew from that moment it was Harry's voice. I tried to talk but no words came out. I tried to move but I felt paralyzed. I couldn't do anything. I felt useless.

Harry's POV

When Jaiden said those three words and shut her eyes I knew it was serious. I got her into the vehicle while everyone else piled in, too. We practically sped to the hospital and I started yelling when we got there.

"HELP! I NEED HELP!" I yelled screaming my lungs out. Doctors and nurses immediately came to my help and started asking me all these questions on what happened.

"Ask Zayn." I said giving him a death glare.

"Okay, uhm, which ones that?" The doctor asked.

"Black hair. In a quiff." I said.

"Alright I'll be right back" he said than left to go talk to Zayn.

Zayn's POV

Great. I got punched in the face on the tour bus by Louis and now were at the hospital. Yay. Just what I wanted. Harry was talking to the doctor than out of nowhere he gave me a death glare. A few moments later the doctor came to talk to me.

"Uhm, so what exactly happened to Jaiden?" The doctor asked me.

"Well.. Uhm.." I said nervously. Should I tell him the truth? Will I get sent to jail for hurting her? Shit.

"Don't worry, you won't go to jail if you hurt her not too bad or if it was self defence." The doctor said to me that made my nerves calm down.

"Alright so basically.. Shewasgoingtopunchliamagainafterjustpunchinghimsoigrabbedherarmsandididntwanttoletgobecauseithoughtshe'djustpunchhiminthefaceagainbutthanistilldidntletgoandshewascryinginpainandithoughtshewasjokingbutthaneveryoneelsecameintotheroomandtoldmeiwashurtinghersoafterawhileidroppedherandshefelltothegroundandeveryonerusheduptohersothanilefttogotomyroom" I said really fast.

"Oh okay now I know what's wrong with Jaiden, thanks for your time Zayn." The doctor said than shook my hand and left. I noticed he was gone to talk to Harry now but at that point i didn't care. Everyone was looking at me with disgust in their eyes. What did I do? It's not like I killed her. God.

"Wow Zayn." Harry said to me.

"What?" I asked with a tone.

"From all of the pain you put her in she went into shock and passed out. Now they don't even know if she's going to wake up!" Harry said to me than sat down and put his head in his hands. I looked around and everyone else did the same. Shit. This was all my fault! I got up and started running. I didn't know where I was going I just ran.

Jaiden's POV

My eyes fluttered open to the sound of someone's voice. I looked up and saw Harry. Tears started streaming down my face and Harry brought me into a hug.

"I-I thought y-you w-were never g-going to w-wake u-up." Harry said bawling.

"Neither did I" I said crying hard.
