I've been infatuated with him
For nearly a decade
In my book of life his chapter is still ongoing
In his, the chapter is changing, moving forward
Flipping to new pages and meeting new characters
While I keep my bookmark at the last page of his
chapter
Still holding on, re-reading, living through it again
My book is stuck in place while his is never ending.
