I didn't see her there. I didn't see her even when I died last time. After making the deal with the God of death...Did the future change now? Did I change it? Is that why you're here? As much as I want to stay here with you in this world...I can't since in a few years I'm no longer Cale but someone else. I-I didn't know that I could feel this cared for feeling in this world...I hope someday we could meet again even in dreams.
But for now, I'll just enjoy being here by your side
It's been what? 3 months and a half already since I came here. I have also been taking care of Cale for 3 months and a half now.
Cale became a tsundere nowadays…well on some days.
Anyway, today we’re supposed to get a new butler which I assumed will be Hans since he didn’t appear yet.
If it’s Hans then I need to be cautious since I don’t want many eyes watching my movements.
Also in the past few weeks that old man Deruth is making me mad at him for not even visiting his son after his cousins and other family said that Deruth should just kick Cale out like what the heck!?
How dare they say that!? They don’t deserve Cale!
……Anyway as I was saying is that Hans might report to me that I could use magic which can be very bad.
As Ambrosia is there standing in their hideout thinking deeply that she didn‘t notice that Cale is approaching her, He taps her shoulder and said
“We need to go since we’re going to meet the new butler, I can be late to see him but you can’t so let’s go”
Ambrosia snaps out of her thoughts as she then teases Cale
“why? are you worried about me getting scolded for being late,” she said with a sly smirk
“Of course not! Why would I care for a mere made!” He defended as he then went his way back.
Ambrosia just giggled as she saw a light blush on his face.
A few moments later…
We are now- Well I’m now here standing with a few servants and Ron waiting for the new butler to arrive.
As we wait some servants started to gossip which Ron didn’t like so he immediately stops them.
After that we waited for a couple of minutes then we heard the door open and someone came in.
There I see what I predicted on who might it be…Hans.
As the servants started to introduce themself I started to think of how cute this man is.
‘If I didn’t know him, I wouldn’t even notice that he was a spy, I would just think of him as a cute friendly butler.’
After introducing myself I then introduced myself to him “Hi! I’m Ambrosia, Cale’s maid.” I said with a smile on my face.
He then introduced himself to me, after the introduction the servants then went their way since they still have so many things to do, the only person left was in the was me and Ron and then Hans, I and Ron stayed since we were supposed to guide him on what to do.
As I was going to guide him first on what to do Ron told me If he could just guide Hans by himself since I still need to attend to the needs of the young master which I declined at first but then said yes since I don’t wanna anger an assassin.
Ambrosia can be seen leaving the two alone after she bid them farewell.
She went on her way to go to the kitchen first since Ron ask to get the lemonade that he made for Cale.
As she went on her way she comes across a room- not a room but more of an office.
She heard some people talking inside but she didn’t mind any of it so she then continues walking but she then stop immediately when she heard what the people inside were talking about.
“You don’t understand!? Just kick that bastard child!? He’s ruining the family image Deruth!?”
“You should listen to us Deruth!? That child is a disgrace to the family!?”
“tsk!”
Ambrosia can be seen walking away from the door, head looking down while some hair is on her face.
As she took a turn to go to where the kitchen is she bumped into someone hard and that someone was Cale.
Cale had an annoyed face on display. “Ugh! Hey! Who do you think you are to bump into me huh! Do you want me to throw a bo- h-huh!”
He stop midway through his sentence as he realized who bumped into him.
“Ambrosia! Hey, watch where you going next time! Also, it's not like I care if you get hurt bumping into someone or something!” said looking away.
All he heard was silence so he then turned his head to look in Ambrosia’s way.
All he could see is her looking down and not looking at him.
He was suddenly pulled by Ambrosia as she walks through the halls going to the kitchen.
Cale didn't protest, he just went where she would take him to.
They then arrive in front of the kitchen door.
Ambrosia let go of his hand as Cale was kind of upset since the warm feeling from his hand is now gone.
Ambrosia went inside of the kitchen while Cale just waited outside. Once Ambrosia finally got what she was supposed to get, she then went outside to see Cale waiting for her.
As she sees him, all the anger that was from earlier was now gone.
Earlier Ambrosia was feeling very angry that she want to go into the room and punch their faces but instead, she just let them be since if ever she did something there’s a possibility that she might not be able to see Cale again, well technically she still can but she doesn't want to risk it.
