It all began with a poor mother's rich dream. A woman from a small town, married to a drunkard that is hardly ever there, working as a day laborer to feed her son that she adored with all her heart. Although surrounded by poverty, she didn't let her son succumb to the life she lived. Rather, she would talk about leading masses, living without fear and dying rich, all her wildest dreams that she believed her son will grown up to experience. Little did she know that her hopes and dreams would start a revolution that changes the trajectory of a nation. Raja Krishnappa Bhairya, a man on a mission that will stop at nothing.

After his mother's demise, young Bhairya came to Mumbai in search of work. Realizing that the only way he can get rich quickly is by joining the mafia, the 12 year old ruthlessly bashes a cop in a busy market and tells the cop his new name with macho gusto. "Rocky.. Rocky bhai.." This catches the attention of a local don and he is immediately hired to do risky tasks for the mafia. As years go by, Rocky transforms into a weapon of mass destruction that brings down anyone that dare go against the don.

His ability to complete any assignment no matter the risk and danger was astonishing. This is because he was not all muscle. The strength to fight a room full of heavily armed men is an added advantage to his expertise in strategic planning. As the don seems to fall out of power, many come out of the shadow to get to the chair. Rocky plots an elaborate plan to get all of these power hungry goons in one place and end them.

Hearing about this great accomplishment, a group of very powerful men that the don works for, come to meet Rocky. Based on his capability, they offer him a deal in which he will be named the don of Mumbai if he kills a man called Garuda in the coming month. Rocky accepts the offer and immediately comes to Bangalore to scheme an assassination of a man he's never heard of before.
