Midoriya walked to an ally way before climbing up a ladder to get to the rooftops not noticing black inky tendrils forming behind his back ready to stop him from doing anything drastic, the parasite couldn't let his vessel die. The boy stalked the people down below deeming them unharmed before jumping to the next building which was rather close.

The black tendrils faded back onto his back. The parasite figured out that if the boy was capable with jumping from rooftops then it wouldn't have to worry about the boy killing himself for now. Midoriya continued to just from the rooftops taking occasional stops to peer at the ally ways before going on his way. He stopped when he heard muffled groans coming from one of the buildings, he made his way to the window of what he predicted the noice was coming from. As it was the top floor he looked down hooking his foot on the edge before he peered trough the window black tendrils appearing again in fear of the boy accidentally falling down. The greenette squinted his eyes to get a better look in the dark room, a woman was tied up in the corner crying as she tried to shout even with the rag gag on her mouth, her clothes where in tatters and she was clearly malnourished. He balanced his weight and swinged his body successfully taking hd of the edge before hoisting his body up back onto the rooftop.

Midoriya took out a burner phone dialing out 911 before he pressed call. It took a few rings but the other line picked up. Before the police can say anything Midoriya spoke up turning on his voice changer before he spoke. "Kidnapping case, sitio abandoned hotel located in suwari street" He hung up the phone before the police can even call out his name.

"Kidnapping case, sitio abandoned hotel located in suwari street"

"Shadow?!" The policeman questioned but the other already hung the phone. "Shadow?! Are you serious? What did he say?" Another questioned.

"A kidnapping case in the abandoned sitio hotel located in suwari street, get the nearest team there asap"

Sirens can be heard from a few blocks meaning Midoriya had to go, he already seemed out the area and the kidnappers weren't around since there was no traffic then the police should be here in a minute. He continued his journey on the rooftops, once he was sure he wasn't being followed or seen by the police or any underground hero that roamed the ally's he stopped making his way to a bridge that was a pathway to go to and from a little island. He let out a huff even though he did his work every night he wasn't immune to being tired.

He peeked under the bridge, there was a small fire pit made of a barrel which where surrounded by six people two mother's each with a kid beside them and two teenagers. He made his way towards them noting the way the two mother's tensed, the teenagers reaching out for a pipe or a piece of wood to use as a weapon. Could he blame them for being scared? No.

He too would be scared out of his mind when someone came up to him wearing all black with a mask made out of metal. He walked closer to one of the teenagers before throwing the paper bag at her. The teenage girl let out a squeak but successfully cathing the paper bag. She looked into its continent's, her eyes lit up almost immediately. The other teenager turned to face Midoriya but he was already back to jumping on the rooftops.

"Get back here!" A random man in his early thirties shouted chasing after two thugs that stole his bag. "Chi chi, you have to be faster than that if you want this back" a guy with a mutant quirk that allows him to have the appearance of a bat yelled holding the bag up tauntingly, the other man with a snake like tongue snickered signing to the other to turn to the ally way.

The two ran to a dark ally, the man that they stole from stopped at the entrance not caring to take a step closer. "Ugh where are the hero's when you need them" the man grumbled before reaching out to his pocket to fish out his phone quickly dialing 911.

"Haha that guys loaded!" The snake tongue man hissed out counting the bills they got from the bag. "Oh look, maybe let's pay his family a visit" the bat like man said holding a family photo in his hands. "Oh we'll be rich!"
The two laughed out not noticing a black figure creeping on top of  the rooftop behind them. "Theft's!" A voice roared flames erupting from the area.

"The hero's found us! Scram!" The bat like man took the lead packing the items they found back in the bag but they where a tad bit late of reacting their surroundings where already in flames. "This the police, get your hands up and turn back" a police man shouted as the other police men pointed guns at the two.

It only took a few minutes for the thugs to be arrested before one of the police's radio went off.

"All forces needed in Daika City, i repeat all forces needed in Daika City"

That cought the greenette's attention, he stalked by the rooftop careful of not being seen by the police or even endeavor. Daika City wasn't far from where he is. He could run there in a few minutes.

"We'll get these two to the station you guys go"

The policemen rushed to their vehicles Endeavor and Shadow already gone from sight.
