chapter three

Its been three days since Paul and the la push guys found out my secret and I for one am thankful. Tonight we are going to a bbq on the beach with the pack and elders. Jacob invited Bella as well not realising tonight they were going to talk about merpeople. I am also spending the weekend on the reservation with Paul, Emily,dam, Jared and Kim. Jessica has been holding me all the time in school asking how I know Jimin, I lied and said I auditioned to be a back up dancer and jimin and me clashed so I left. Jimin was texting and calling non stop and I'm thankful that they are going on a world tour so at least he will be busy enough that he won't keep pestering me. The others have started messaging but I  can't face them, not knowing what they did.
(Bell)" Amara you ready?"
(A)" Yeah bells. "
I get my bag and she looks confused.
(B)" where are you going?"
(A)" I'm staying at Emily's for the weekend. Why?"
(Bell)" I didn't know you were close?"
(A)" I have been hanging out over there the past three nights. I tried to like Jessica but she fan girls all the time and it makes me uncomfortable"
(Bell)" I know I told her to dial it down but she took it as me saying act like a psycho"
I laugh and hug Bella. We lived together for years until rene and Charlie split. Then I stayed with Charlie until I went to South Korea on a scholarship. Me and Bella stayed in constant contact and I would love hearing her latest dilemma. She always had a way of getting herself involved in something dramatic. We walk down stairs and uncle charlie is sat at the kitchen table cleaning his gun.
(A)" uncle Charlie you really look crazy doing that"
(C)" does it make me look intimidating?"
He poses like a gangster and I chuckle.
(A)" yep I'm scared."
(Bells)" way to look bad ass dad"
The sound of the door going has Charlie standing and me and Bella roll our eyes. We walk behind him and watch as he opens the door. Paul and Jacob are stood there smiling.
(C)" you boys best look after my girls. Especially you Paul. I don't want Amara running off to Korea again."
(P)" you and me both chief. I promise she will be in safe hands."
Bella leans close to me and whispers in my ear.
(Bell)" so Paul or Jimin "
(A)" Bella they are two completely different people. It's like me saying Edward or Jacob to you"
(Bell)" but if you go back to Jimin"
(A)" jimin and I are finished. It's hard to explain but it's over."
(Bell)" so Paul then"
I shove bella and she laughs. The boys look at us and smile.
(P)" are you ready Amara?"
(A)" yep. Uncle charlie I will see you in a few days. Don't miss me too much"
I kiss his cheek and then head to Paul's truck with him. Bella js driving her and Jacob back. I did say I would get a lift with them but Paul insisted on picking me up. I head out to Paul's truck with him and can't help but feel  butterflies. He opens the door on his truck and I get in and then he gets to the driver side.  Before long we are driving to the reservation.
(P)" so you ready for a fun weekend?"
(A" hell yeah."
(P)"so this jimin?"
(A)" you heard that"
(P)" yep. So do I have competition"
I chuckle at him and then I take a deep breath.
(A)" I met jimim when I first  got to Korea. We had been dating for four years and I grew close to him and his band members. I thought I was in love with him, you know like he was the one."
(P)" oh so your spoken for?"
(A)" that's the thing. I don't think he is the one. He is apart of the biggest boy band in the world, they all had this angelic,mythical beauty about them. Then I found out why. "
(P)" what happened?"
(A)" it was all a ploy. There manager used the essence of mermaids and would get the boys to drink it in with there morning coffee. I found the room filled with thousands of viles with this clear glittery liquid in them. When I confronted Jimin he went crazy and hit me. "
Paul slams on the breaks of his truck and looks at me.
(P)" he fucking hit you"
(A)" Paul I was fine. I left and once the coast was clear I came home. "
(P)" I swear if he fucking lays one finger on you again I will end him"
(A)" Paul it's fine I promise"
He smiles at me and then restarts the car. As he drives I watch him, I have finally found him. My soulmate. Question is though do I tell him or do I keep it for him. What if he has already imprinted.
(A)" Paul have you found your imprint?"
(P)" Yeah I have. She is amazing, turns out I have loved her before I was a shapeshifter. Which means so much to me. "
(A)" I need to meet this amazing person"
