Naruto pov

I started off this day like I do everyday, I woke up early took a shower,ate breakfast, got dressed and went to visit gramps to return the training scroll he gave me. I made it to the office ignoring the gossip and glares from the idiot jerks of the village.

Naruto " hey old man how's the paper work today?"

Hiruzen " just the person I wanted to see, come take the seat next to me I could use your assistance like usual. We've got a lot of paper work coming in for the upcoming final exam in the academy. "

Naruto " you only like me for my ability at swiftly finishing paperwork "

I say jokingly

hiruzen " while I admit I heavily rely on your help with it, how can I not love the kid who's essentially my adopted grandson, speaking of which konohamaru was asking to train with you again he says it's fun doing the exercise with you because it's like a game when you do it. Also don't sell yourself short on your paper work ability I've seen every hokage do paperwork and your faster than each of them by a large margin, so if your dream of becoming hokage somehow doesn't come to fruition you can easily be the hokages personal assistant and even have a advisor role, I'd be lying if I said that I haven't thought about appointing you as such immediately after you become a genin, the only thing stopping me is your desire  to do things the normal way. "

Naruto " speaking of which jiji Are you ready to show me that multi shadow clone technique you promised to teach me in order for me to actually be able to make clones with my chakra levels, otherwise I won't be able to pass the test later today, after all I have the deck stacked against me with that jerk mizuki falsely marking my grades as failing. "

Hiruzen " don't worry today is the final day you have to deal with him, he's under investigation by the anbu and we plan to confront him with the evidence obtained Later today when he comes back to his house after the academy closes for the day. Naruto " I sure am I completed level three of the uzumaki fuinjutsu which means by my clans traditions I'm now qualified to be a ninja now I only need to make it official by graduating the academy.0

I spent two hours in the office and only th widest five minutes were used for me to complete all the paperwork for the day. Then he taught me the jutsu on it entirety he then explained how in the future he will even taught me jutsu that works with it and let's you  turn the clones into bombs by making it so they can explode. After all his explanation was that if I were to experience the downsides of being a jinchuriki I should also be able to enjoy the benefits such as being taught how to use your strength. Yeah  I know I'm a jinchuriki I also know who my parents are, I partly figured these out on my own and when I asked gramps he couldn't hold the lie anymore for two reasons one his bond with me two because he deemed me fit to know the truth.

Timeskip

At the academy everyone was quiet today and nervous we took the exams and I had passed much to the surprise of everyone and due to my good friend and mentor figure iruka,  mizuki couldn't fake me failing. The class was shocked and my few friends were happy and congratulated me they consist of choji shikamaru ino, Sakura and hinata . The story on how I befriended each of them is unique firstly choji and shikamaru would go to the playground when we were little I met them there and saw that unlike the other kids they were different one they would sit in shade and relax and snack two there parents didn't tell them to avoid or be mean to me and instead kindly treated me and supported our friendship. Through those two I met ino as their three families had a multigenerational bond so they were bound to be together most of the time and we became fast friends as we both were energetic blondes who loved gossip, she would even give me targets for pranks based on what she knew about people for example one of the flower shops customers came in to get a bunch of flowers for there husband on the anniversary of their marriage only to find him cheating on her. So ino who sympathized with the customer decided to slip to me the information I needed play the role of karma. Needless to say the "prank " made it into the newspapers alongside the fact the guy was a cheater.

That leads me to Sakura since we were all young when we met ino introduced me to Sakura who at the time was a shy girl who was embarrassed about her forehead us being little kids at the time I decided to kiss her on the forehead and say that she didn't look weird she looked pretty. To this day ino embarrasses me with it, with how loud, proud and outgoing Sakura is now you would be surprised if you had known her as long as I have . Sakura and ino are both currently rivals in the love department as they both have the same taste in men and whenever they catch feeling for a guy they tend to argue and compete with each other but by far the one they are loudest about is sasuke. Then their is hinata the shy clan heiress with the coolest eyes I have ever seen much like her clan her eyes are white but she stands in the same way her younger sister does as they have lavender hues to their byakugan that they get from their mother who was a not hyuuga but a clanless kunoichi with lavender eyes. I met hinata one day being bullied by some older kids I stood up for her and got beaten up as this was before I was old enough to train, however my eyes turned red and scared them and they ran off. Hinata hadn't seen my eyes at the moment it happened but was really grateful to me she was cold so I had given her my scarf then a clan member found her and brought her home. I talk to each of them every chance I get to and I also like to hang out with them we often visit a restaurant run by chojis clan and eat steak while talking about our days, or we visit Ichirakus ramen.

After class was dismissed we went home for the day as tomorrow we are assigned on our genin teams.
I went to the ninja library now that I'm a registered genin and entered the genin section and used a lot of shadow clones to read everything in it this act took eleven hours, thankfully since the line of work of a ninja is never ending the library for shinobi is open 24/7 . And it wasn't to bad because the first few hours Sakura was also with me because she likes to study just as much as me and she couldn't resist learning some new genin stuff to be prepared tomorrow when she saw the amount of clones I had made she had asked me why and how I had done so. I then explained to her what a shadow clone was and how they transfer their memories to the user, she was amazed at this and a bit jealous. I handed her a few books to read as I figured they would come to be important soon. They were on how to recognize and escape a genjutsu and they even taught how to perform some well known weaker genjutsu in the books . She asked me why I chose these for her and I told her about how the three basics of being a shinobi is taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu, and how we learned the first two in the academy but the third one we still needed to learn. Knowing I was right as the saying about the three types was part of many lessons in the academy. She read them and after I read them two she asked to test them on each other in turns of one casting it and the other breaking out then reversing the roles. After she was satisfied with that she read a book about first aid and how to properly disinfect and bandage wounds it also taught how to set bones and other first aid methods . After she had left I was surprised because for two hours sasuke quietly read about how to use ninja wire in multiple ways. Before leaving, the final hours I was in the library were quiet except for a girl with tow buns on her head read a book called unusual weapons and how to wield them. I decided to strike up conversation with her and asked her if she was interested in different types of weapons. We had talked about weapons for a bit and then we introduced ourselves she was named ten ten and is genin a year older than me. She mentioned how she specialized in using weapons and used sealing scrolls to carry around many different weapons. She then mentioned how her family runs a weapon shop and sold all sort of ninja gear, she then mentioned how tricky it was getting different types of seals like explosive tags or sealing scrolls because not many people were interested in fuinjutsu and less could actually perform and out of those who could do it most were amateurs. I then explained to her how I'm actually from the uzumaki clan the clan that invented most seals and were the greatest experts in fuknjutsu then I mentioned how I was actually a level three sealing master and if she needed basic to have a supplier for seals her ship could buy them from me and to prove her I wasn't liens I went in my pouch took out a scroll w hitch contained my seal making equipment I then made her twenty copies of the five most basic seals you see in shops she then examined them and noticed how well down they were much to my surprise she actually bought them off me right then and their. She then said it was a pleasure to meet me and she registered the weapon book in her name, she then went to rush to her home , in her she had stated that she needs to inform her family of the new seal provider.

I then spent the last hours quietly studying until I completed all the books I even had a few clones go over the few remaining academy level books I hadn't read over the years in order to be mentally ready for tomorrow.
