Well this was kind of boring, in Kendra's opinion. He hadn't moved and no one seemed to look at him either like he could control it. She wasn't sure what he was capable of but they had to think twice about attacking him out right. He was powerful and had taken out whole groups of beings far more powerful than any human was. She kind of zoned out for a moment and in that moment he'd approached but she had not heard him. He moved silently.

"What are you?" Kendra nearly jumped out of her seat at the sudden deep voice next to her ear. She turned in the stool she sat on and met the green gaze there. She felt like a deer in head lights for a moment, her heart beating a mile a minute. How had she not been aware of him? It wasn't like she hadn't been paying attention. Even for that moment of zoning out, he had an aura about him. This man was a mystery wasn't he?

His eyes weren't normal, they almost looked reptilian with the slits but they were an amazing green color. His hair was a mix of dark colors up close and he was on the taller side as well, and ripped. Clearly physically fit and strong, she could see it just with what he was wearing. Oh hot damn he was good looking, damn it all the crazy killer ones were. It seemed to come with the territory. And of course she seemed drawn to it. In her own head she scolded herself for the instant draw.

Seriously though this man shouldn't be hiding in back allies. He was flawless and every thing woman in her responded. She reminded herself that it was what he was, it always was, but she was so deprived of reacting to the opposite sex that this hit her rather hard. Actually she had to tell herself that it was what she was told to ignore. She kind of wanted to just go with her response. Not so good, she didn't know what he was capable of remember? The response was strong and made her frown.

'I'm sorry what?"

"You heard me." Well wasn't he just mister congeniality? His tone said he didn't like others playing stupid.

"Sorry no, guess I didn't." He looked at her, he seemed amused for a second.

"What. Are. You?" He asked it slow like she was stupid. He was so close to her, she felt like closing the distance rather than away. He had this kind of air, like power swirled around him and drew you in. She wanted to touch him to see that he was real. If she was being honest that moment there felt like a mate response she'd heard of. However that didn't seem plausible, she wasn't exactly a common creature and he was definitely not a homunculus.

The longer in his presence though the more her mind was shifting and not in a good direction. It was exciting to her to know that she could respond. Oh thank the god that was there, she wasn't a freaking nun. She could kiss this man for bringing it to her attention which internally made her laugh. But she cleared her mind, back to the fact of why they were following him. Riley would be pissed if he knew she was thinking more about her personal problems than the task at hand.

"You tell me what you are first." He eyed her, and he clearly wasn't worried that she could do anything to him. He was silent and seemed to take a deep breath for a moment and let it go looking confused. However he did not answer her question. He was very clearly studying her though.

"I don't enjoy being watched nor followed."

"I'm sure that most people don't enjoy being burned alive either." Kendra said this very low and no one was close enough to hear.

"I'm sure they don't, wouldn't know I can't burn." Well that would be kind of nice. Also rather informative of him to say. But seeing what he could do it wasn't a surprise. So she was thinking of the next move to make here. She had a feeling that he didn't act against the group because he was trying to figure them out first. He was clearly smart, went about things in a certain way.

"We just want to be sure that you aren't a complete danger to us." He moved against the bar for a second watching her.

"How about you tell your human friends to back off and leave me alone or they will find out what a real danger I can be."
