After arriving sam immediately recognized the Japanese on the signs around him

Sam: so japan huh glad mother taught me Japanese

After walking around for a bit sam finds a mall to chill in for a while when he sees a villain come through the wall trying to rob him and everyone else

C rank villain : give me all your money now before I destroy this mall with all of you inside!!!

Sam: well now I think we are getting a bit hasty,  no?

Villain : oh and who do you think you are

Sam : me oh I'm just a wandering swordsman sharpening my skills where I can

Villain : well your travels end here

The villain then rushes our Brazilian samurai activating his quirk which beefed him up while sam just stood with his hand on the hilt of murasama as the villain got in range Samuel activated blade mode and sliced the villain in 600 pieces he then cleans his blade and walks off taking a pretzel from a table nearby now a heroe arrive and see Sam's work

Miriko : hey stop right there!!!!

Sam: oh and what do we have here

Miriko: I'm the number 5 hero miriko who are you vigilante

Sam: the name is Samuel but please call me sam or if you prefer jetstream sam as what you want to call me that is fine as well

Miriko : yea well I saw what you did here sam you should no killing is wrong

Sam: ha ha ha of course this is my purpose here

Miriko : what are you on about sam

Sam : oh you'll find out soon little bunny but for now I must get going villains don't find themselves

Sam: then makes a full sprint out the mall and through the streets faster then miriko had ever seen but for now she needed to make the police report and other paperwork

Timeskip a week

Nezu: interesting first the usj and now a new vigilante has popped up very interesting

All might: I am worried about this new  vigilante

Nezu: ah yes jetstream sam I must say he is impressive

All might: what do you mean nezu

Nezu: well simply put he appears out of nowhere no record of him anywhere yet just this week he has evaded some of our top heroes including endeavor while still defeating villains left and right

All might: well then I guess I'll try to bring him in but are you sure Sam will agree to your proposal

Nezu: of course if you notice he takes the yen from villains so he is probably jobless

All might: whatever you say nezu whatever you say

Meanwhile

Midoriya : hey uraraka

Uraraka : oh hey deku  how are you today

Midoriya : well I've been thinking alot about the USJ and the sports festival coming up
It's all so much

Uraraka : yea honestly I feel the same way but we can't let it get to us we're supposed to be heroes

Midoriya : I guess your right it's just something feels wrong

Back to sam

He had just finished cutting up a rapist  as always taking whatever money he had and leaving to find his blade's next target with the heroes not being able to catch him sam felt uncatchable but to his surprise all might appeared in front of him

All might : STOP RIGHT THERE JETSTREAM SAM FOR I AM HERE

Sam : well today just got interesting

All might : YOUR COMING WITH ME

Sam: really now heh heh well if you want me come get me

All might  after a tough 15 minute fight finally knocked out sam and brought him to U.A. For nezu to do his thing bit first sleep for sam as he's had a long day

Timeskip morning

Sam wakes up and yawns with a stretch looking around he sees his sword and sheath on the wall next to him and an old short lady walking over to him

Recovery girl:  oh goodness you're awake  here an apple it's all I have until my assistant comes back with more food for patients like you

Sam : thanks appreciate it

Nezu walks in and sam questions the world now wondering what the hell this thing that walked in was

Nezu: why hello you must be jetstream sam the wandering vigilante

Sam : really that's what they call me the wandering vigilante
