Prologue

Hero POV
Kel already went to the park before me, he is always this excited to go. As I entered the park I saw Mari on the bench next to the entrance I walk towards her but she seemed upset so I asked her "Hey Mari, you good? what's wrong?" She replied with "Kel smashed my picnic basket, then pushed me off the swings." Kel wouldn't do such a thing I hope it's a misunderstanding. "Oh, I'll talk to him, don't worry." I said. I walked over to Kel he was laughing menacingly "Kel!" I yelled he looked at me smiling he replied with "Oh Hero, when did you get to the park?" he asked "I just got here." I replied "Why did you break Mari's basket?" he looked at me with a smirk in his face "I thought it was funny!" he said Kel doesn't go this far sure he does pull pranks on people but not this far. "Kel you are going to fix that basket and say sorry to Mari." I replied he fell silent his expression changed. "Hero can you come with me for a second?" he asked. Is he gonna talk to me about something? Did Mari piss him off? I wondered as I followed Kel towards a lake. "So why are we?-" My sentence was cut off as Kel pushed me into the water. I can't swim up I was in shock I can't BREATH!! KEL PLEASE!! My screams cannot be heard. I hear Kel laughing as he goes back to Mari. What has he become? I can't-
