The day after that gossip girl thing, Samuel went back to school. He didn't exactly have a choice or he'd be grounded for a month but anyway. He went back to school and two girls approached him, they looked familiar because they were also sitting on the met steps along with Julien."Uh, can I help you?" He asked, looking at them curiously as he took the lid off of his water bottle, drinking the water. "Yeah, by introducing yourself to us. We'll start. I'm Luna, and this is Monet." Luna nodded, smiling at him a bit, slightly shaking her head.
"Nice to meet you! I'm Samuel." He said in respond, nodding at her words, he put the lid back on his water bottle.
"Welcome to Constance, Samuel. I'm sure you'll enjoy it here along with meeting a humongous group of friends." Monet chuckled a bit, looking him up and down. She and Luna walked away after Monet's comment, Samuel didn't really care but he took that as a compliment since it sounded like one.
He walked over to Audrey, she was taking things out of her locker for her classes. He gently tapped on her shoulder so he wouldn't scare her. "Oh, hi, Samuel." Audrey said, closing her locker shut, looking at him.
"Hi. I was just wondering if Luna and Monet were good people???" Samuel asked, he didn't want to get dragged into the wrong crowd of friends that smile at you to your face but behind your back gossip about someone or something ridiculous.
"Uhm. Not entirely? They're Julien's minions." Audrey shrugged, nodding slowly, she was secretly admiring him though. She liked the fact that he wasn't scared to ask questions at all or just start a conversation period.
"Okay- wait what? Minions?" Samuel furrowed his eyebrows as he asked her that, he was confused as fuck. "Yeah...like people that work for her to make her more influential, etc." Audrey answered, chuckling at the way he reacted to what she said.
"That's....interesting...." Samuel didn't know how to respond to that, he's more confused on how a sixteen year old has other sixteen year olds working for her, he normally understood popular kids but not these ones, not at all.
"I know right, like how did she manage to do that?" Audrey chuckled again, which lead them to a "long" moment of admiring each other for literally TWO seconds.
They were only interrupted because her boyfriend approached them and looked at them both very interested in why his girlfriend was admiring another guy but let's not get into that.
"What's going on here?" Her boyfriend asked, looking back and forth at Samuel, and then at her. "We were just talking, Aki." Audrey said fast, turning to look at her boyfriend. "But you guys were just staring at each other." Aki pointed out, looking at just her now.
Audrey opened her mouth to say something but then another guy approached them. "Are you guys still going to Julien's party?" The guy asked, taking his coat off, which he didn't need because it was fall, yeah but it wasn't winter cold at the moment but once again Samuel let it slide.
"Yes, Max we are." Audrey said, trying to avoid the situation she practically just put herself in. Samuel noticed a little chemistry between Max and Aki, they looked like they had a small thing going on. Hm, maybe it was just that they knew each other for a long time....
💄💄💄
After all their class periods were done, Samuel went to the boys locker room to change into some more appropriate clothing for sports. He was trying out for the basketball team. But one thing he didn't expect to see was Aki kiss Max In there, and he didn't want to be told that he can't tell Audrey so he quickly grabbed his shit and left the locker room.
Samuel decided that He'll just change in the bathroom. He began walking to the bathroom but someone jumped in front of him out of nowhere, like literally NOWHERE. Samuel jumped a bit, looking at the guy because he was confused, again right now.
"I'm Obie Bergmann, the basketball team captain here. I'm sure you're trying out, right?" Obie asked, just to be sure. "Yeah. Nice to meet you, I'm Samuel." Samuel nodded, responding. "I know but it's a pleasure to meet you myself." Obie commented, Samuel thought Obie was nice since he didn't say anything rude....or at least not yet.
Their phones buzzed with another Instagram notification, they both opened the app and saw another weird ass post from whatever the fuck gossip girl was.
Gossip Girl
It seems to me that Samuel isn't just here for a "better education" I'm sure he had great teachers at his old school, right? Time to find out what this one is hiding. Don't worry you all are next on my list of uncovering secrets that are worth sharing. Bye bye for now - Gossip Girl.Samuel didn't understand what this gossip girl thingy wanted, he didn't do anything to anyone since he had arrived. And he really doesn't want people looking at him like he's just the new kid from California, they haven't done that and he doesn't want them to start.
"Y'know Obie...maybe we could try finding out who gossiping girls is on the sidelines of basketball?" Samuel asked, smiling.
Obie nodded in agreement. "But first you have to try out to see if you're great for the team. So far you seem excellent." Obie gave him a high five, they both walked to the gym, telling each other jokes.
So far things have gone great for Samuel, and he doesn't deserve for someone to mess that up, so hopefully gossip girl won't...right....?
