The Alpha Female

Yuzu!!

Mei makes it half way back to the castle where is is met by the alpha of the Goldstone Pack. Who escorts her all the way back to castle. Mei shifts back onto human form and so does the alpha. Before Mei could do anything else the alpha is on her bowing slightly.

"Im sorry. My queen. Where is Yuzu"

"She is back there fighting off rouges"

"Can you show me."

"No not yet need to keep mind open for......."

Before the queen could say anything else she receives one quick message through link.

"I'm sorry my queen"

Mei starts to cry as she knows it's weak. She turns to Yuzu alpha.

"Alpha, please go save Yuzu, go save my mate."

She shares the place where Yuzu is and within seconds. The alpha is back in wolf form with 3 strong warriors in tow. Running as fast as they could go. Jumping over logs zig zapping through trees. As he nears the location that was given to him he tries to link her.

"Yuzu"

No answer.

"Yuzu"

No answer.

"Yuzu, goddess dam it answer me."

No answer.

Looking at his 3 warriors he holds his head down and pushes his wolf to go faster. It takes another 5 minutes before he is on the area. He sees 2 dead rouges and 2 serverly wounded. He then notices a figure laying face down in the dirt. All he sees is blonde hair.

He turns back into his human form and runs over to her. He quickly scans her over and makes sure is still breathing. Goddess behold she is but it's really faint. He sees the sliver knife that is in her leg and pulls it out hoping that he might be able to link her.

He also see that she is still bleeding badly. He calls over one of the warriors and starts dishing out orders.

"Kill one of those wolves and take one back for questioning. I'm going to change back to my wolf. You will carefully pick up our beta and place on my back."

"Ok alpha."

He once again turns back into a wolf and as per his wish Yuzu is placed on his back. He sets off leaving his warriors behind. He tries to link Yuzu again.

"Yuzu, please if you can here me you have to hold on. Please Yuzu don't do this to me."

No answer.

He links the links the queen.

"My queen."

"Alpha. Please tell me you found her. Please tell me she is OK."

"Yes I have found her. I'm not going to lie to you my queen she is in bad shape. I am on my way with her. I need you to be at the castle gate. You will need your healers ready."

"It will be done."

"I will be there in 3 minutes."

With the last link sent he concentrates on his speed trying to get there as quick as possible.

True to his word he arrived there in three minutes. To the queen it felt longer. She scans her mate and starts to shake. She looked to her left and to her right to see where her healers were. None had arrived yet. Without thinking Mei picked Yuzu up and started running to the medical ward and boy was she pissed. Once through the doors at the top of her voice she starts to shout.

"WHOEVER IS IN THIS WARD BETTER HAVE A FUCKING DAM GOOD REASON WHY NONE OF YOU WERE AT THE CASTLE GATE WHEN I REQUESTED IT. SO YOU ALL BETTER COME OUT OF HIDING AND DO YOUR JOB."

Once she finshed shouting 3 healers come out. The lead healer bows promptly and starts to speak.

"I'm sorry my queen we were under orders to not go."

"I AM THE QUEEN. MY ORDERS COME FIRST AND WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU THOSE ORDERS! I WANT TO KNOW RIGHT NOW!!"

"My queen it was your grandfather."

"REALLY, WELL I WILL BE HAVING WORDS WITH HIM. NOW DO YOUR JOB AND START HEALING MY MATE OR YOU ALL WILL BE DEAD."

All three of the healers started chanting their healing spells. It was slow and the healers were running out magic. Once again the lead healer spoke to the queen.

"My queen. I'm sorry but we have to stop."

"I know, I can tell you are all running out of magic. Where are the rest of the healers as I know we have more."

"They have been sent out."

"On who orders. Never mind I know who."

Mei stops talking takes a step back. Relaxes herself and mind linked her maid.

"Nene."

"Yes my queen."

"Please help me. Please help Yuzu, you are the only one that can."

"On my way my queen."

Once again Nene turned up within seconds. She walked in and spoke to the healers.

"What is going on. Why are you not healing her properly."

Mei heads snaps up so fast you thought it would break.

"What do you mean Nene. What is going on."

"My queen. The healing spells that they are using are low level. If you cast them enough times it will drain your magic without doing much."

"Please help Nene, please."

"Leave it to me my queen."

Nene turns around to the three healers and this time she shouts at them.

"GET OUT NOW, YOU SORRY EXCUSES OF WITCHES. I WILL HEAL HER."

All three of then run out the door as fast as theor legs can carry them. Nene looks at her queen mate and smiles.

"You will not die on my watch My Queen Okogi."

Nene gathers a the magic that she can hold. She brings forth her wolf. One eye of Nene is blue and the other is black. She places Yuzu hands in her hers and starts to chant the highest healing spell in the world.

"Moon goddess who watching over the mythical races. Grant me my wish to save thhis wolf."

Nene and Yuzu start to glow green. As the green glow starts to cover both their bodies In  a slow place. Once the glow has finally covered every part of her and Yuzu body she says the final part of the encantaion

"With all the magic I have within With all the love that I hold for the queen. Please hear my word.

RECOVERY"

A serge of healing blasts through her body and into Yuzu.  Within a minute Nene can see a change in Yuzu colour. She can also see a change in her breathing. With this she starts to back down. Feeling mentally drained she completely stops. She looks over the to her queen nods her head and starts to fall down.

Mei rushes over to her and catches her just before she hit the floor. She picks her and places her on the bed next to Yuzu. In a whispered voice the queen thanks Nene. All the queen can do is now wait for both of them to wake up.
