Welcome back to chapter 7 of "A Hero... (A Naruto Fanfiction)"
Daily Quote: "Even if you feel broken, remember you're not alone because me, your friends, and the rest of your community will support you, even if they never show it or are assholes because, in the end, only the positives should matter."

Naruto sat in a river, blood dripping off of him. What had happened, he had not expected. As soon as the real fight had started, a seal was erected to fight him off. He thought back to the battle.

Naruto dashed at Sasuke, slicing his headband slightly, though Sasuke luckily didn't die. However, the Kage were all instantly behind him. He jumped up, only for Kakashi to send him to the Kamui dimension. Naruto groaned in annoyance and entered his own before leaving, effectively escaping the Kamui dimension. He then proceeded to jump upward and, thanks to his opponent's horrible misfortune, a white-haired mop was slammed into the floor roughly. Naruto landed on it, sighing as more smoke left his mouth. He then held up the tiger seal and opened his mouth, releasing an inferno from it using a gravity push/storage seal with fire in it. Kakashi used substitution, replacing himself with a log. He then appeared behind Naruto, Chidori in hand. He sliced it down on Naruto, only to see a clone of Naruto had caught it. What Kakashi noticed, however, was that the clone seemed to actually be able to think and have its own personality, unlike most clones, making him realize it was a perfect clone.

"Like it, Sensei? This is what no one besides the Hokages of the Leaf was able to master, Itachi being no exception," Naruto said. The clone smirked and sliced Kakashi across the Sharingan eye, only for the clone to be sent away to a different dimension by his opponent. Naruto smirked and Kakashi suddenly doubled over, vomiting blood. Naruto kicked him and swiftly ducked as Sasuke's foot came flying over his head.

Meanwhile, everyone else was still shocked. The Raikage knew of the lack of forgiveness for a village and, while his Jinchuriki were of powerful backgrounds with loving families, Naruto was orphaned at birth and he had to learn to live with it alone. The Mizukage, Mei Terumi, clenched her fists in anger at the things that happened to him. Gaara sighed, unwilling to fight, knowing Naruto was doing this so someone else could live, though he had no idea who. Finally, the Tsuchikage was watching Naruto fight, trying to figure out why he seemed familiar.

Naruto caught Sasuke's foot and swung around, sending him to the floor. Itachi sighed, not fighting as to watch how well his subordinates would do. He watched as Naruto kicked them down like nothing and signaled to the Kage. They all gave a head nod and lined up around Naruto. Naruto noticed and held up his hands in a tiger seal, only for all of them to do something unexpected: use hand signs in sync, which shouldn't have made sense considering their villages unless they were using something... a seal requiring multiple people.

"SEALING ART! WILL OF THE KAGE!" The five Kage yelled in sync. A large dome made up of every base element swirled around, leaving Naruto trapped in it. He felt something odd and chuckled. His chakra was being drained, of course. He ran through hand signs and five clones appeared before leaving the barrier. Naruto had sent them off to gather fox sage chakra. He sighed, knowing this fight was going to be long.

Naruto was abruptly interrupted from his reflection of the fight with his abdomen sharply stinging. He cursed and called on the tailed beasts he'd collected in his body. They all helped heal him and he sighed a bit, easing into the riverbed he was in.

The Kage all sprung into the barrier, fighting stances pointed at him. Naruto sighed, sparrows swirling around him. "Art of the Bird: Sparrow," he muttered. A large eye appeared above his head, a pair of clock-like hands for the pupil. The clock began counting down and Naruto dashed into action. He weaved through three hand signs. "Art of the Bird: Raven," Naruto muttered. A large bird-shaped chakra beast appeared around him. The beast wore only black and had a raven head with a large red scimitar. He watched as Itachi looked bored before holding the tiger seal, activating his Susanoo.

Naruto was interrupted from his thoughts when he saw a horde of people in the traditional ninja run approaching his position: probably to look for their Kage. He smiled as he thought about it.

After Naruto had defeated Itachi's Susanoo relatively easily, Itachi was on the floor. He also noticed the strain on the Kages from supporting the barrier. Naruto sensed his chakra and realized the reason Itachi's Susanoo lost so quickly was due to the seal they had. Naruto realized it was also slowing his movements, though that didn't matter, as he never fought at full strength due to several weights and gravity multiplication seals. He had released them prior to the fight, of course, but it still was a bit interesting to him. He studied the seal from the outside using one of his clones originally meant to draw in fox sage chakra. Right then, Naruto released a clone, gaining the fox sage chakra. He grew 4 tails and a pair of fox ears, signifying his power to be at a level 9/10 for a fox sage user, as fox sage users could only gain the ability to form a miniature version of a tailed beast bomb without a tailed beast at stage 10.

Naruto slapped a chakra repression seal on Itachi after dashing to him in an instant. The other Kage fell to their knees. Naruto sighed. As he had thought, Itachi's portion was the "support" part of the seal and not the "containment" piece. He gave his clone a thumbs-up from within the barrier. He then instantly knocked all of the Kage out. Suddenly, Sasuke dashed at him. Naruto ducked under him and kicked him in the chest, knocking the wind from him. Naruto then knocked out Kakashi when suddenly, the barrier exploded, sending him flying into the river.

Naruto coughed blood, groaning as he felt the cuts in his belly. The tailed beasts locked within him seemed to be having trouble healing him, which he was eternally ungrateful for, but that was probably a side-effect of that seal to be able to crush him. Naruto sunk into the water and sat there, cloaking his chakra. He formed an air pocket using his chakra and suddenly, the ninjas ran over the river to find their Kage. Naruto activated his shunshin and vanished, not wanting to see what happened when the Kage were fully healed.

Naruto groaned slightly as he finished disinfecting his wound. The river water might've infected it, so he cleaned it with pure water straight from the air. He then felt a clone shunshin to his side and begin to bandage him so as he didn't bleed out by over-rotating his torso. He muttered a string of curses as the clone finished the bandages and tightened them. Naruto got out of bed and went to his desk. He tilted the desk as to not overstrain his stomach leaning over to draw and began working on another seal, making sure to not be caught off-guard like he was today.
