During the early afternoon with the sun shining heavily on the castle walls. Peasants and Nobles walking busily around the kingdom's market district, guards on their posts, stationed high and low, watching every movement that occurs. There lies a small two story house near a river and the edge of the kingdom's border made with sturdy dark brown wood used for beams to hold the house and well shaped stone as the walls, as it stands against the cool winds of the day. At the back of the humble home, there is a pale-looking man sitting near the river stream, fast asleep. He has straight but messy brown hair with a few long strands of red hair in the middle of his head going all the way to his nose, his sharp natural red eyes squinting at his fishing rod as he notices a tug. He gets up and dusts off his armor and pants, he fixes the rotation of his red scarf and readies himself to pull the fishing rod as hard as he can. He patiently waits- Then suddenly he loses his grasp as he feels a sudden hand tapping him on the shoulders. He turned around obviously angry and what he saw was a man who seemed to be a bit shorter than him, also dressed in the same armor as him and had orange rounded eyes and messy orange hair with curls only occurring around the edges of his hair strands. This man is his brother, understanding the situation the shorter orange haired man said, "yeah sorry about that, John" he smiles "look I'll make it up to you" he hands his brother a note "It's from the princess, don't wanna keep her waiting do you" he winks, then adds "and by the way, father is NOT happy with you forgetting today's training, thought you knew about that by now." He says it in such a serious tone that John now feeling the weight of his consequences asks, "which father, Vincent? We have three," he jokingly said, to which Vincent replied with a cough to indicate something, "The General one" he mutters under his exaggerated coughing. "Well? Where is he now? If I can make it to the training grounds before he can, perhaps I can pretend I was there the entire time!" John explained to a disappointed Vincent, "Man..." Vincent sighs with disapproval "just take the punishment and deal with the holes you've gotten yourself into." However, Vincent's reasoning did not get through to John as he was already running towards the castle gates and entering the Kingdom's Marketplace, passing several people and almost hitting some of them. He can hear his own breathing as time has slowed down, but this is not because of his speed nor is it because of something extraordinary. This was because, "If I get caught now, I would never be sent to the field ever again!" He explains to himself, "I love to fight and win, but I really hate training, and can't a great warrior catch a break." Suddenly, he bumps into somebody.
