(y/n) was quick to go back to the food stands out the stadium, remembering quickly where the crepe stand was at. With the money that was carelessly given to her by the sideways pokemon, the (h/c) haired female felt like impulsively spending it all, she felt like its been years since she stopped caring about how much was left in her wallet. "Man, must feel good to be rich." (y/n) thought out loud.

"Here ya go miss, enjoy the food!" The stall owner handed over the creepe that the girl had ordered, giving her a large grin and a thumbs up. "You did great out there kid! I'm rooting for ya!" The man added, (y/n) smiled back at the man and nodded her head in reply. 'Should I say something or should I just leave after nodding at him?' She thought, but it was all forgotten when she felt a tugging on the hem of her shirt.

The (s/c) skinned female looked down to see a little boy who seemed to be a bit shy. He had light brown hair and a very familiar pair of light blue orbs, she didn't have time to think about what it reminded her of since she got other priorities. 'I better get this over with so I can enjoy my break time with my beloved crepe.'

(y/n) knelt down to the boy's height, and asked. "What is it?" It was obvious from her uncomfortable stance that she did not know how to talk to children, but was trying anyways. "I-I just wanted to say that you were r-really cool out there!" The little boy squeaked, putting his little fists together on his chest. "Oh, uh... Thankyou little man." The (h/c) haired female let out a small chuckle. "Your quirk may not be as f-flashy as the angry man, b-but I still think you will win this big sis!" The boy raised a fist up in the air, trying to show how big he believes in (y/n). "Don't expect too much from me kid, its a pretty basic quirk." She lied through her mouth. "W-well, even if its basic, if I did have a quirk, I-I'd definitely want one like yours big sis!" The boy stared at the female's eyes, the smile on her lips slowly going down as she realized what the boy had said.

The little boy noticed the change in his new idol's expression, he thought back to the words that went out of his mouth and realized his mistake. "Oh, w-what I meant was uh, I do have a quirk b-but its just not as cool." He said, biting his bottom lip after. It was not that hard to realize that the little boy was lying, but (y/n) didn't bring it up. "Why we're you so quick to clarify that you had a quirk?" The female asked, making the boy a bit nervous. "W-what do you mean big sis?" The light blue eyed child instinctively looked down on the ground, clutching the end of his shirt. "You made is sound as if having no quirk was something to be ashamed of." The female said softly. She stood up and presented the palm of her hand to the boy. He slowly looked up to the older, his little shaking hand reaching for her's.

(y/n) walked the kid over to a silent area. 'Please don't tell me this looks like child abduction' The female silently prayed.

"So tell me... uh-- What's your name again?"

"Mako, my first name's Mako."

"Ok, Mako... Tell me, what do you think of quirkless people?" She asked. "O-of quirkless people? w-well um, I think they're--" He stopped for a second, as if hesitating whether to say the word or not. "go on." (y/n) urged him on, giving him a small warm smile as if telling him that its ok.

"I think t-they're useless..."

The little boy looked down, his little shaking hands rising up to rub the tears that are slwoly dropping down his eyes. The light brown haired kid recalled all the memories... All the memories of his classmates calling him 'useless'  for not having a quirk. He tried to stop the crying, but it only made the tears run down his cheeks even harder. "Well kid, sorry to break it to you but-- You're wrong."

The little boy looked up, wiping the tears away before staring back at the female. "W-what do you mean?" He asked, confused. It was the first time he heard it from someone else other than his family or teachers that quirkless people are not useless. "Mako, you may think that, but for me being quirkless is a gift." (y/n) says "Most people with quirks decide to spend their life finding a purpose for their quirk. If you're strong, go be a hero, go be a construction worker, get the heavy duty! And if you're smart, go be a strategist, a scientist, an inventor... But no one tells a strong man to go read a book, and no one tells a smart man to go lift weights." At this point, the tears in the small boy's eyes had stopped.
