Dauntless (Y/n X Todoroki)

Chapter 3

Y/n POV
"Sho-Chan!!"
You heard some shuffling coming from the phone before he hummed as to answer.
"Hm?"
"I got the letter today! I got in! Thanks to my dad he got me in through recommendations!"
"We still have to take an exam."
"Well obviously but the letter means we're in Sho we just take the exam to figure out what class we're in."
You heard some more shuffling and then you heard the call end. You didn't call back because you weren't sure if it was because he had accidentally hung up or if something had happened with Endeavor. You absolutely hated that man. Since you had learned about Shoto you hated him for how he had hurt Shoto. Besides you would see Shoto in two days at the final exam.

~Time skip~

Today was the final exam. It was an endurance test to see your abilities and place you into classes that fit those abilities. As you arrived at U.A you saw Shoto.
"Sho-Chan!"
He looked at you.
"Hello."
"Good luck Sho-Chan! I know you'll do amazing and no matter what I'm proud of you!"
He stared at you for a second.
"Thank you. I wish you luck as well."
You warmed up as your aunt Midnight walked out to the small crowd. It was you, Shoto, and about 10 other students.
"Alright students. How are you this amazing ravenous day? Today you will be doing multiple endurance test! I'm so excited!! First up a speed test the objective is to use your quirk to get from the end of that tree to this building as quick as possible!"
You looked at the tree and then at the building your aunt had pointed at. At each there was what seemed like a camera set up. From previous trainings you had done with your dad and your aunts and uncles you knew they counted your speed and timing. All of the students including you walked over to the starting line.
"Alright get ready. GO!"
You immediately teleported to the end on the line in doing so your nose started bleeding profusely.
"0.062 seconds!"
You pulled a tissue out of your pocket. At this point you had them ready because your quirk usually resulted in blood from your nose, ears or eyes. As you tilted your head up the rest of the students got to the finish line. In second Shoto
"1.045 seconds!"
"3.987 seconds!"
"4.001 seconds!"
"Y/n do you need to go to the nurse?"
Your aunt walked over to you as Shoto offered you more tissue's
"No thank you a- I mean ms.midnight."
She nodded and you took a couple more tissues from Shoto as the bleeding slowed down.
"Alrighty next Test! The strength test"

~Time skip~

You ended the day with almost perfect scores ending in the top the only thing you really failed was the strength test since telekinesis doesn't really build muscle. You arrived home with a horrible migraine.
"I'm home dad!"
He walked towards the doorway in his frilly pink apron. Although to the rest of the world your dad seemed unapproachable he was the sweetest, kindest person you knew.
"Welcome Home Pumpkin how'd it go?"
You felt tears roll down your face. You wiped them to realize you were crying blood and pulled a new clean tissue out of your pocket.
"Dad you act as if you weren't watching the exam from the control room with everyone."
Your dad walked over to you with eye drops.
"Well I want to hear it from you pumpkin."
You took of your shoes while wiping the blood coming from your eyes. You then ran over to the bathroom where your dad followed.
"It was okay. I just used my quirk a lot today so I have a really bad headache."
You washed your face and put eye drops in which almost instantly stopped the stream of blood.
"I can see that. Dinners ready if you would like some pumpkin. Papa's almost home and then I have to go on patrol."
You dried your face and smiled.
"Thanks dad."
You sat at the table and started eating. You heard the door open.
"I'm home!"
You looked back at your dad.
"Hi Papa!"
He smiled and sat next to you as your dad planted a kiss on each of your foreheads.
"Okay I have to leave for patrol now. Be good for papa pumpkin. I love both of you."
Just like that you both finished dinner and you dragged yourself to sleep.

(This whole chapter was in Y/n's POV but you're the main character so who cares 😂 anyway this chapter kinda sucked in my opinion but I'm literally super heartbroken right now so I'm sorryyy)
