her angelic voice was the last thing he heard, before his world completely blurred

his knees became heavier than before, trembled, causing him to fall on themselves

and before his head flipped backwards, he saw Nya's shade running towards him

fallen to the ground, still not being able to see well, tears fell quietly from his sore expression

Jay turned his head to where he was, seeing that the smile from Nadakhan's face was still not at all gone

Jay looked at him, heard his laughter directly in his head, making a tremendous loud echo

chills as soon as he felt delicate hands on his body

struggling he again set his head towards where he felt the presence

being the person Jay is, he brought on his face a smile for whoever it was, ready to divert the worry from himself

but when the view had a focus on who was in front of him, he could see the shattered expression of his girlfriend

the smile has vanished, becoming a frown of concern

she cried, without hiding

"N-Nya-" at another time, he would regret using most of his oxygen, but not today. and probably not even another day..

"No Jay, don't talk, you have to save as much oxygen as possible. and most importantly, whatever happens, don't close your eyes, it could be vital. now we would take you to the monastery and-"

"there is no more time Zane.. h-he- you h-have to hurry" Jay struggled every second. everything that came out of his mouth was more tears coming out of his eyes

"What did you do Jay?" Nya's voice trembled, almost a whisper

"I-" Jay tried, but someone else answered for him

"h-he used.. t-the poison"

"what?.. from where-" she would have asked, but it was not of great importance now

"Nya" Jay caught her attention again

Nya looked straight into his eyes, as tears innocently fell like rain

"why- why are you c-crying Nya? I d-did it.. I we-weakened him! now you just have to make the w-wish.." Jay held back the cough

"no Jay.. I can't-" she was desperate, she didn't know what to do... she didn't know if she had anything to do..

"hey Nya.. I will.. a-always be w-with you, y-you know this" he paused for breath, practically snorted "like yin and yang. we are.. p-promised forever"

and that smile, her favorite smile, was back

it was there, on his face, as if everything was affixed, as if he was not going to die in her arms

she wasn't ready

she would never be ready

life had continued to separate them once again

well, if Nya could have met in person the one who makes these choices, she would have slaughtered them with blows

but all the anger she could have, there was not

it just wasn't there

all she had was sadness and anguish

"You have to hurry-  I-do it N-Nya" he simply said, and then stop, look at her deeply in her soul

"Jay!" another voice came from behind them

revealing, once again a face of terror, only this time, it had been his best friend
