Realisation of love

Five days passed and their restleness also increases karishma was seeing all this and feeling bad for his brother but she can't do anything right now. At evening everyone is engrossed in their work when they heard the siren of ambulance they all went outside to see what happen and all where shocked to haseena in injured state she was having bandage on head and head everyone got tense and take haseena to her cabin and by then only anubhav also enters for routine visit. Finding no one outside he heard some voices from cabin he went there to check and was overjoyed to see haseena returning back but his happiness faded when he saw her injured. His heart ached seeing the conditon of haseena he wanted to hug her and asked how all this happen but he cant do. Everyone saluted on seeing anubhav haseena was also getting up to salute but anubhav refuses her do so. After some time anubhav and karishma take haseena to her home. Karishma is staying with haseena as ammi was not there anubhav also wants to stay there but he has no right and this will become awkward for both of them so he just say goodbye and give leave to haseena for one week and leave from there.
Haseena was sad as she wanted to talk to him hug him and spend time with him but she was not able to talk to him properly as karishma was there.
Karishma saw her sitting sad and restless and the condition of anubhav strike her mind without haseena she is now eager to know whats in haseena mind she also feels same as anubhav does. She brings two cups of coffee for both of them and started some chit chats. Haseena told her about the successful mission and her injuries. Karishma now started talking about anubhav and a smile crept on her face which was noticed by karishma she is praising anubhav and telling her childhood stories haseena was slightly blushing while listening the anubhav of anubhav karishma was observing all this and suddenly she talk about his ex and haseena smile faded away and jealousy was clearly seen on her face and for diverting topic she says that she is sleepy and just laid down. Karishma is now sure that both have same feelings for each other but they themselves have not realised that its just more than friendship.
Next morning door bell rings karishma opens the door and see that anubhav is standing with food and some fruits she let him in and go to room to inform haseena. She wakes up in jerk on listening anubhav's name and smile crept on her face. At breakfast table both are stealing glances as much they can they are eager to talk but hesitated karishma was enjoying there situation. Whole week anubhav brings breakfast lunch and dinner for haseena care her and spends time as much he can. Both are again in previous moods and spends day happily.
At night haseena and karishma are laying on bed just then haseena casually ask karishma what is love how you feel when you are in love and how person realises that they are in love as karishma had love marriage. Karishma talk all the beautiful things about love and in whole conversation she was just imagining anubhav and blushing and she was lost in her thoughts. Karishma takes advantage of this situation and ask her that she is in love with someone haseena casually speaks anubhav and suddenly came to world and realises what she said and was trying to convert the topic but karishma catches it and she was not able to fool her and accepts that she love him. Karishma became excited after listening this and hugged her tightly and in excitement she spills the beans that anubhav also have same feelings and realised what she said but its too late haseena started blushing after listening this. Karisshma was now teasing her and ask her to confess her feeling to anubhav and ask her not to tell her brother that i have told you everything. Karishma is happy that finally haseena loves someone and she will get bhabhi and haseena is blushing imagining anubhav also loves her and soon they both are in deep sleep.
