The next morning I walk into the school and smile on my face, but internally I am still processing all the information I received yesterday. This morning when I was in the bathroom and looked in the mirror I focused on my eyes and what I had learned in my dream if you can call it that and indeed my eyes changed from my blue/green eye color to a purple color.
As I walk towards my locker I hear a buzz that Scott left Allison at Lydia's party yesterday, where I now realize I've completely forgotten to go to. Not much later I see a disgruntled and frustrated Scott leaning against his locker and decides to go there "What do I hear you left Allison alone at a party?" Scott and Stiles looked at me in shock, apparently they didn't hear me coming again and I laughed slightly.
"How do you do that?" Stiles shouted still in shock that he didn't hear me coming 'again'. I shrugged my shoulders "You obviously don't listen well enough to your surroundings.. but well why did you leave Allison behind Scott?" Scott looked at me wide-eyed and half stuttering but nothing came out "Okay, take it easy, take a deep breath.. did you apologize to her?" I asked him to which he indicated that he had apologized and Allison was giving him a second chance, so I did not understand why he was still so spooked "well there you go, good job, now get over it and be happy". After our conversation I walked to my locker and grabbed my book that I needed for the first lesson of that day.
As I walked away, I focused my hearing on Stiles and Scott's conversation as Scott talked about what exactly happened after the party. He was affected by the full moon and knew that he needed to move away from Allison, he was afraid he would harm her. In the woods he was attacked by hunters, one of whom turned out to be Allison's father. He was eventually rescued by Derek Hale, but Scott turned out not to trust him.
The moment I reached my locker a strawberry blond girl slid beside me and looked at me with narrowed eyes "Where were you last night?" asked Lydia. "Hey Lydia, I'm sorry I wasn't there" I needed to give a good explanation or else I was in big trouble with her, I put my sad face up "I uh was at home getting ready for your party but then my mom had a breakdown and I wanted to stay with her" I lied to one of my better friends. Lydia looked hard at me and you could see her thinking. "mmh" she began with pursed lips "I'll forgive you if you go shopping with me this weekend" I immediately knew what time it was "Sure Lydia, but I still have something for you" I said when I took a present from my locker and gave it to her. She took it from my hands faster than expected and tore off the packaging. When she opened the box her mouth dropped open and she took the necklace out of the box "This symbolizes the beautiful and smart girl you are and our friendship" I indicated and Lydia did something I never expected her to do, she gave me a hug and I hugged her right back "Thank you" she said and I smiled at her. What hardly anyone knew is that Lydia was one of the smartest people I've ever met, unfortunately she pretends to be stupid to make her boyfriend Jackson feel better. "But you still can't get out of shopping" Lydia said as she let go of me, I rolled my eyes and together we walked to our class.
