The last few days have been busy for Rosa. At school, Rosa avoided Scott. She didn't want to be around someone so negative who thought only the bad of someone, someone who was just trying to help them. Scott had tried several times to contact her, but he got a cold shoulder back, much to Jackson's amusement. When Jackson asked Rosa why she reacted to Scott the way she did, her answer was "He's different than I thought he was." Jackson could only enjoy it, Scott who steals his spotlight finally gets something against him. And the one everyone loved at school wanted nothing to do with him. And so Jackson walked around with his arm around Rosa's shoulders while taking a look at Scott, which made Scott frustrated.Meanwhile, Rosa's days were tough. The date of her father's death was getting closer and so her mother's moods were worse than before. Every night when she came home her mother abused her whether it was physically or mentally every night it was hit.

Between finding out who the Alpha was and trying to teach Scott a thing or two about being a werewolf, Derek came to check on Rosa almost every night. Something in him kept bringing him back to her. After the night in the woods where he'd comforted her, they'd seen each other a few times and talked briefly, and each time he wished the conversations lasted longer or that he could put his arms around her again. Holding her in his arms felt like it was supposed to be, everything was right in that moment.

Parent teacher conferences where this night! and Rosa didn't know what to do. Her mother knew about the parent-teacher conferences, but also knew she wouldn't go. She never did because she was already too drunk to go out in the evening and would have forgotten the parent-teacher conferences anyway. So Rosa hired someone to impersonate her aunt.That evening Rosa and her fake aunt were in Harris' classroom "Rosa is a highly motivated student. In fact, I'd describe her as unusually driven her grades are always good, she is there for everyone, helps those who need it and light good among the students," Harris said. The other teachers didn't say much differently. When they arrived at the coach the coach looked at Rosa with a smile "hello Cupcake" Rosa smiled "hello Buttercup" coach Finstock responded the fake aunt had to take a look at the two after they gave the greetings. "uh.. okay..." was the reply and just sat down and let it wash over her.

"What can I say, perfect student. Wish she was my daughter" said Finstock "I wish she did a little more with Larcrosse" he continued to which her fake aunt indicated that she does enough already, but if she does it herself does she want to be in on it. Rosa was happy that the hired woman was doing so well and no one suspected anything.

After all the talks with the teachers, Rosa and her hired aunt walked out towards the parking lot. She overheard Melissa and Allison's parents talking about Scott's crush and it didn't go too well. Not feeling like it that evening, the two walked to the practice area.

A car that was about to leave the parking lot lost control and sped off in the direction of Sheriff Stilinski. "watch out!" screamed Rosa who saw the car going towards the sheriff and ran towards the sheriff and pushed him away just in time before the car hit him, unfortunately the car did hit her and now Rosa is laughing on the ground moaning. As Sheriff Noah Stilinski approached Rosa, he suddenly stopped when he heard a growl. The people who heard it looked up and saw a mountain lion standing in the middle of the parking lot. Not much later a shot rang out and Chris Argent had shot the mountain lion with a riffle he had in the back of his car. He then quickly ran to Rosa who was now in Noah's arms. "Why did you do that?" asked Noah when he had Rosa in his arms "rather me than you papa Stilinski" Rosa groaned. Rose could easily heal herself, but held back because a. it would be really weird if she heals in front of them and b. there was an argent near her who was not allowed to know that she belonged to the supernatural.

Later that night, Rosa was in the hospital and had just been examined. she had to stay overnight to make sure she hadn't suffered a concussion. Noah was in the room with her. He had already tried to reach her mother, but he hadn't succeeded. Rosa had indicated not to try anymore, that it was okay. She indicated that her mother was busy and did not want her to worry unnecessarily. They sat together in silence for a while when the door to her room was flung open and Stiles came running in. He looked at her did not see his father and jumped on her bed and hugged her like never before "you saved my father, thank you, thank you, thank you..." Stiles cried as he hugged her and then looked at her "but you think about yourself now you got the blow," said Stiles, who hated to see his friend lying in that bed like that. The clearing of someone's throat made Stiles look up and saw his father standing there in front of a chair from which he had risen when he saw Stiles coming so willfully towards Rosa. "Oh hi daddio" Stiles said. Noah sighed "son, as much as I love that you are so concerned about your friend, she needs rest so don't jump over the injured. Go home I'll be there too" Noah said. Stiles nodded gave Rosa another hug and then got up to go home with his father. "Rest well Rosa and thank you again" Noah said sincerely. "anytime" Rosa smiled back.
