"I hate leaving you with anyone except Krano and Ian. It's only a week, Daisy will be with you, my mum has a whole list to follow" Sighed Siena, I frowned, nervous at the idea of being away from her.

"She won't listen to me though" I mumbled, she examined me and smiled, her beauty radiant. I gave a small smile in return, she hugged me and squeezed.

"I promise, it will just be a week. Krano and Ian should be back from their honeymoon around Thursday, if they can, they'll take you home early" she promised, I didn't want to argue, her job is very important. It's not her fault it's always interrupting her life.

The place she's staying at dosen't allow pets, I know how hard she tried to bring me along. She was on the phone for an hour trying to see if she could change hotels, there wasn't enough time and they were full.

"I'll be good" I mumbled, taking a deep breath and smiling at her. I'm not scared of being with her family, it's just her mum and dad, a succubus and incubus. I've met them once for family day. If I remember correctly, we used to call it Christmas.

We walked together, she didn't connect the leash, walking slowly with me as people stopped to stare. She ignored them, stroking my head gently with her claws. It's a lovely day, the sun beaming down on the frosty grass, tree leaves fluttering in the wind.

"Ma'am! Your human should be on a leash!" Shouted someone, she ignored them. I faltered slightly, her kindness to make me more comfortable always makes people call her out. She smiled softly, brightening my mood again.

"I swear, just because she's captivating, that does not mean she can be reckless" scoffed a voice. She frowned for a moment before looking over to the ones talking.

"Just because you're a loud mouth, dosen't mean you should speak" calmly stated Siena, guiding me on, I pressed close to her side, loyal to the day I die. She's loyal to me, as I am her.

"The nerve of that woman!" Spat the woman, I clung to her shirt. She gently reached down for my hand, I gripped her smooth skin, she was glancing at her phone, frowning, with a shake of her head she continued on.

"Did the last date go well?" I asked, she glanced at me. She hasn't let me go on a date until she gets a good read of the guy first. She released my hand to nicely stroke her fingers through my hair.

She let out a soft hum, knowing it hurts if my words aren't even acknowledged. She dosen't always have to answer, but knowing she's listening helps me feel better. Even Krano has begun acknowledging me when I'm feeling sad about it.

She brought me onto the train, we sat down and she clipped on the leash, nudging me between her legs so nobody would accidentally step on me. She ran her fingers through my hair, staring at her phone. People kept glancing backwards to see her, she is beautiful.

We traveled two towns over, getting off the train, some people were taking pictures with uncomfortable looking newly adopted humans. I felt bad for them, Siena lightly tapped my shoulder, bringing me back to attention, she dosen't want to even accidentally yank on my neck.

I remember it only happened once with her, and that was because I was new, angry, and tried snatching the leash away. She had raised her hand to pull the leash away, but the quick motion hurt because she used to have a simple nylon leash, before she bought the current one to make sure no accidents could happen. She felt horrible even though I did my best not to react.

I was brought back into reality at the sound of a doorbell. Siena stood in the doorway of an older building, a rose garden off to the side. I pressed to her side, not looking forward to a week of being ignored, but it should be gone quickly. The door opened, I could hear a familiar whine, I smiled a little, I love Daisy! I wish she'd stop getting her slobber in my water though.
