Prologue
I slipped on the headphones and let the music fill my ears...
“Tripping out, spinning around.
I’m underground and I fell down.
I fell down...”
The gentle tones calmed my nerves and got me ready for what was to be last day of the rest of my life. Just a few more hours and my destiny would be decided. The spontaneous jump that I made only 3 months back had lead me to the greatest decision that I would ever make. I only hope that I would make it out alive.
I closed my eyes and whispered to myself, “Evelyn, I’m with you.”
“I found myself in wonderland,
Got back on, my feet, again...”
