When Giyuu woke up he looked in confusion and wondered where he was, a boy with light orange-pink hair looked as him and said “I’m Sabito what’s your name” Giyuu stared at Sabito before he smiled and said “I’m Giyuu” Sabito stared at him before he said “I’m guessing you have a past with demons” Giyuu stared in shock at Sabito “Only people that has been hunted by demons come to this mountain” Sabito answered as if he could read minds 

“So he has friends” Shinobu said in shock 

Sabito laughed at Giyuu’s confused expression before he called urukodaki and the training started, it had been a year since Giyuu got rescued, he had just had his 15th birthday and him and Sabito had became very good friends until Sabito realized he had fallen for the raven haired male and they started dating

this shocked the hashiras and there was very varied reactions, mitsuri squealed and started fangirling, shinobu and sanemi thought “he’s gay?”, Uzui screamed “that’s so flamboyant”, munichiro just looked at the wall, Iguro and rengoku didn’t know what to think, Gyomei just shed tears because young love was so beautiful 

Then it was time for the final selection, Giyuu thought that Sabito had died when he got his head “crushed” and he stopped smiling completely,he almost never eat and he started to harm himself he stared in fascination at the blood that was dripping down on the floor and urukodaki’s horrified expression as the bandaged the cuts up 

“What the hell is he thinking” sanemi suddenly shouted in the horrified expressions of the hashiras two emotions could be seen those two emotions were sadness and worry 

It had been two months since Sabito “died” and Giyuu still didn’t smile but he got his tenth mission
