My eyes open to be surprised to two strangers, staring right back at me. Their eyes shows comfort and love. Then I realize I am in another one. Another body. Another life.
I usually start as a baby, I mean not every time but usually. There was that one time when I came back as a middle-age man. I already had a wife and three kids, and a dog named Max. I learned that before I came he was very sick, and went in a coma for five years, when he woke up he was me. But it wasn't a very fun life, constant working, barely seeing the family. I didn't like that one, almost happy to restart.
Thank goodness I came back as a female this time. I am a girl, at least for the first life I lived. The original Annabelle Widafrey, so now that's just always what I've been. But enough with the past, I would like to figure out my new name.
"We made that" muttered the man with the dark brown hair. The women looked up and just sat there for a while. She then gave him a small kiss, and turned back to me. The women was beautiful, she had long blonde hair and the most bluest eyes I have ever seen. Her skin was tanned by the sun and she was wearing a hospital dress. You could tell that she was tired, she had dark under eye circles and her eyes were tinged with red. She whispered so quitley to me that the man sitting next to her did not hear.
"My beautiful Annabelle is home." I sit looking up at here surprised at what she told me. She called me by my name, I mean my actual name. I can't help but be happy, but in all my other lives I was never called Annabelle, or Anna, or anything close for that matter! I am startled by a scream and then a tight grab. I see another lady with a tight low bun and blonde hair. I could tell it was dyed by the few gray hairs poking out. She had long freshly painted pink fingernails, filed to a point at the tip. She was holding me by now and holding me very close to her face. Her tight puckered lips also with a rather bright pink on them kissed my head. She said,
"Call me nana."
The man and the women who were sitting on the bed had great smiles on there faces and were holding each others hands.
I sit in the elderly women's arms for a while and start to make a game plan.
