Chapter four

The next day he got Minji ready, he fixed her hair while she was happily playing with the cards.

He was surprised to see a little still on her head, a big scar was on her head but he simply cleaned it up with a little alcohol.

He ended up doing two ponytails after having a hard time doing a braid.

He put her in her hoodie and started to walk to the office.

While walking Minji happily sang to herself.

When he got to the building he could feel peoples' eyes on him, making him a little nervous.

Minji bursted into a smile when she saw the different grim reapers, making Yoongi hold her hand tighter to stop her from running away.

Minji started to scream when she saw the spider at the counter. Yoongi raised his eyebrow before looking at the woman apoligity.

"Sorry..I will talk with her.", said Yoongi. The woman nodded and started to print out the paper.

"Minji, I thought you weren't afraid of spiders.", said Yoongi. Minji nodded.

"Yeah but not alive spiders!", yelled Minji, pointing at the woman. Yoongi cursed under his breath and took her hand down.

"Be nice to people, okay?", asked Yoongi. Minji nodded. Yoongi sighed before looking at her.

"Sorry Nicole, she isn't used to spiders."; said Yoongi. Nicole giggled.

"Don't worry darling, now, who is this?"asked Nicole, leaning in to look at Minji who only looked at her in fear, holding Yoongi's arm close to her.

"She is my helper.", said Yoongi. Nicole nodded.

"Good for you, anyway, here is your list, darling."; said Nicole. Yoongi nodded and took the paper before walking away.

Minji giggled.

"She calls you darling? Are you guys dating?", asked Minji. Yoongi shook his head.

"She calls everyone darling, now let's go.", said Yoongi. Minji giggled and followed Yoongi.

Finally at the destination they were at a hospital. Yoongi looked through the hospital to find a soul while Minji's eyes fell on a curtain room.

"I think I see them."; said Minji. Yoongi raised his eyebrow and looked at what Minji looked at.

He looked inside the room to see a child laying on the bed, their body pale as a woman held her hand. Tubes were connected into their body and the heart monitor was in a flat line.

Yoongi sighed, it was a normal sight for Yoongi but it was never with children.

"Mommy?", asked a child's voice, Yoongi looked around to see the child looking at her mother, tears in her eyes.

Yoongi looked at Minji who looked at the child, small tears in her eyes. Yoongi sighed.

"Jimin."; said Yoongi, making the child look at him. Her eyes widened as she saw the man. Yoongi smiled and got on her height. "I am here to...take you to heaven."; said Yoongi. Jimin looked at Yoongi terrified.

"Who are you?", asked Jimin. Yoongi looked at Jimin.

"He will take you to a better place."; said Minji, a smile on her lips. Jimin looked at Minji confused.

"What about mommy?", asked Jimin. Minji looked at her.

"She will be better and come and pick you up later.", said Minji, a smile on her lips. Jimin looked at Minji shocked.

"She will?", asked Jimin, a smile growing on her face.

Minji nodded.

"Your parents will meet you later and pick you up, I am here to pick you up and take you to the place.", said Yoongi.

Jimin nodded.

"I will go only if my parents come later,'' said Jimin. Yoongi nodded.

"They will pick you up, they always do.", said Minji, a smile on her lips. Jimin nodded and followed the two into the portal.

Soon they watched Jimin go through the door to heaven.

"Let's go through the rest of the list.", said Yoongi.

They continued working the whole day until it was night, when Minji fell asleep Yoongi's mind was on Namjoon.

He put on his shoes and walked to Namjoon's home.

He was now standing in front of the house, his heart heavy as he got closer.

He walked inside the home and looked around, only the sound of the clock ticking could be heard.

Soon he heard small sobbs being heard from the kitchen. He went inside to see Namjoon sitting on the chair, small sobs leaving his lips like last time.

Yoongi leaned closer to the table and saw a small picture of Minji when she was younger. It was a picture of Minji in Namjoon's arms at the park, probably a half year old. She was dressed in a little pink flower dress and a white sunhat. She looked cute. His eyes fell on Namjoon who happily held her.

A warm dimple smile was on his lips, he wore a shirt and a pair of shorts. But what caught Yoongi's interest was a bracelet. His smile fell at the sight of the familiar bracelet.

"Joon.", said Yoongi, grabbing his lover's attention.

Namjoon looked at him with a warm smile.

The couple was in the park after a date at the arcade, the sun was slowly going down and the city was silent. Namjoon was holding a big buffalo stuffed toy Yoongi won for him.

Yoongi took out the bracelet, making Namjoon gasp.

"I..I won this at the money game, it isn't much but I think it would fit you."; said Yoongi. Namjoon giggled and smiled happily.

"It's cute."; said Namjoon, a blush on his cheeks. Yoongi smiled and gave the bracelet to Namjoon. Namjoon smiled as he put on the bracelet.

"You look good in it.", said Yoongi. Namjoon smiled.

"Thanks."; said Namjoon,kissing Yoongi's cheek. Yoongi's eyes widened as he felt the younger's lips on his cheek. He blushed, making Namjoon smile.

Namjoon giggled and rested his head on Yoongi's shoulder.

"I love you.", said Namjoon. Yoongi smiled and held Namjoon close, his heart beating fast as he enjoyed the warmth of his lover.

"I am sorry Yoongi..", said Namjoon. Yoongi looked at Namjoon confused. He watched Namjoon holding the picture in his hand, small tears running down his lips. "I am so sorry..", said Namjoon. Yoongi looked at him confused.

"What?", asked Yoongi.

He suddenly saw Taehyung walk inside the kitchen.

He sighed before picking Namjoon up.

"Let's go up and sleep."; said Taehyung, holding his crying lover close before walking up the stairs. Yoongi watched the couple walk up the stairs. He looked inside the kitchen to see a bottle of wine beside the chair. He looked at the bottle confused.

Namjoon never liked drinking.

When he came home he sighed and looked at Minji who was still sleeping in bed, holding a pillow close to herself. Yoongi sighed and laid beside Minji, a small groan left her lips before she turned around and cuddled into him. He held her close before closing his eyes, finally falling asleep.
