It is hard to find answers when you don't know where to start from they say.

That's exactly what's happening to us, it was the second day of getting to know about the right person and searching for more clues and it was around 3 pm now.
But we just come to an dead end every. single. time! And it's getting frustrating but I can't even stop since Sefe kept giving me death glaring me everytime I whined or complained.

Sigh, life is hard yeah?

I went back to reading the book when a paper fell out of the book. I picked it to read what it said

I couldn't make out the name since the letter was burned at the end but what's  more confusing is that why is my name mentioned and how this anonymous person know me?

"Sefe!!"

I yelled for her attention and when she did turn her head at me  Shane did too.
I showed her the letter which she took while frowning but soon her expression changed and she told that she is keeping the letter with her to examine it more, I just nodded to it and Shane spoke

"Well now that we have got till here, why don't we take a break? It's been 2 hour since our searching, I don't know about you but I'm going for a break"

I hoped Sefe would agree and guess what? she did!!!

With that we're taking a walk in the forest back to the castle when we heard the rustling of trees, getting wary Shane and Sefe took a step forward taking out their sword getting in position for any possible peril.

A relieved sigh left my lips when I saw Ari picking out some oranges in her tiny basket but to my dismay Jackson was with her too, they both seemed to be having a nice talk there. I went towards her and tapped her shoulders since she was backfacing me.

She turns towards me and her eyes widened in shock as she recognised me and immediately bowed, while Jackson nodded his head.

I raised one eyebrow in confusion, Ari seemed to understand and answered me saying that he came to the palace to give me a visit since I didn't attend the last archery session the last time but as I wasn't there he asked her to accompany him to the back garden to make his small trip to the palace worth it.   

"So are you done now?"

"Yes, we were just about to head back my lady"

"I see"

...........

"Let's get going then yeah?"

Shane interrupted sensing the tension

Jackson nodded while I kept staring at Ari, somehow I just didn't like how all ok she was being with him, she doesn't know what a jerk he is.

Jackson was ahead with the siblings while I was in the back with Ari following just some step behind.
