Please enjoy! Note that these are SHORT stories, so please don't complain that they are too short. You can request for longer ones I guess if you really want. Tell your friends about this. They don't necessarily have to like Exo. Thank you! Kamsahamnida!
Everyday is the same, robotic routine for Sehun. Waking up at unimaginable hours early in the morning only to serve as a puppet to entertain the world for the rest of the day, every miserable day of his life. He is nothing nothing more than a small figure of imagination, nothing more more than an insignificant wisp of unwanted dust that will eventually fade away into nothingness, never to be seen or heard from again.
Everyday, Sehun executes tiring performances onstage alone, with no friends to lean on for support. He is alone, alone in his own tiny world. He forces his body to the brink of exhaustion, to a point where he is completely numb and feels none of the pain, none of the pressuring weight crushing his shoulders. I'm done, he wants to scream, I'm nothing without Luhan. But despite all Sehun's losses, he continues faking a sickeningly cheerful personality that he deems impossible in real life. After all, who could possibly ever have enough time and be happy enough to smile?
Everyday, Sehun pretends and pretends for his fans, they are the only things keeping him entrapped in this world. For all Sehun really wants to do is to be reunited with his Luhan again, with their fingers intertwined and hearts beating in sync for each other-- just like the old times when they achieved all their goals. A selfish wish, he knows, but is it so wrong to want to be loved? No, he tells himself. Love was the connection between Luhan and me. But really, what is the true meaning of love? Can love be real in humanity? In a perfect world where everything is joyous and fair, yes, but that world certainly does not exist for Sehun. His world is filled with pain, lies, and betrayal. Any shard of hope has long since faded away, along with his own sanity and happiness.
Everyday, Sehun cracks a little bit more. Just like a porcelain doll which has been toyed with one too many times, Sehun is broken. A corpse barely living in a hollow shell of what he used to be. Dead.
But maybe he was never really alive in the first place.
