  The characters this side story will mainly focus on is TRIGGER. (But of course they aren't TRIGGER in this AU), in this side story Tenn is 14. Character ages in this side story will have to be minus 4 from their current anime age.

  As the sun rose, shining brightly and letting the light come into the world. Tenn stood on his balcony staring out and looking around, messing around with his magical light powers. He heard steps come up behind him, "Oi, donut bastard"

  Tenn turned around, it was the one and only Yaotome Gaku. The master of sword fighting. "Why hello, soba bastard" Tenn said with a smirk looking at Gaku. They both end up laughing a little.

"What did you need?" Tenn turned around to look out in the open world again.

"Nothing, did you hear about the new world? Shin Sekai announced about it"
[Shin Sekai meaning New World]

  "Yeah, what about it? You going there and making me and Ryuu depressed or something?" Tenn laughed a little.

  "Pfftt, like I ever would!"

Gaku stood next to him looking out in the open world, it was a beautiful scene. The wind was blowing gently, the air was warm and gentle.

"It's really nice out, is Ryuu still asleep?"

"Mm yeah he is, being his usual self. I don't blame him, he trained really hard yesterday. Anyways, I'll be back in a bit, I need to head somewhere"

  "Alright"

  Gaku heads out of Tenn's room, he turned left then right. He went straight into his room to find something. A bracelet, he made bracelets for Tenn and Ryuu. Each of them had their favorite color. On Tenn's bracelet it had a word on it, it said donut. His obvious favorite food of all time. On Ryuu's, it had different shades of blue representing the ocean since he liked hearing the ocean waves.

He went back to Tenn's room, he was still standing where he was before. "Oi, I gotchu something" Tenn turns around as Gaku put the bracelet in front of his face.

"Never knew you'd know what friendship is" Tenn smiled.

"Do you think I'm dumb?"

Tenn grabs the bracelet and puts it on. "It's quite obvious you are" Tenn smirked a little. Gaku sighed as Tenn giggled. They both hear a powerful spell being casted, they both immediately start looking around for where it was. A red light beam, it was probably Riku. What type of dumb stuff could he be doing?

The world's had a ton of things in it, you could never know what comes to you. Nearly everybody has magic after all, some chose to not learn and use magic, some did. They both immediately head to where the red light beam was.

Tenn was using his light powers to get there as quick as he could, Gaku was running there. They both finally reach where the beam was. They saw Riku on the ground all bruised up, scratches all over his arms, parts of his clothing we're ripped.

"Riku!"

"T-Tenn-nii"

Riku was panting, Tenn immediately took care of him. "Gaku, check around" Gaku nods as he looks around. He found a piece of paper on the ground. It read:

This wonderful world! If only you let me take him, you have the extreme power of a child. Perhaps both are together, and perhaps you can't be with someone you love. After all, one day they will be gone anyway. I want you 2 to come towards me and join forces with me. I always promise to work with you, we can bring magical light to the world!
