A few hours passed as Midoriya now sat down on one of the wall of the room next to Eri. Who joined him after a while. The silence was...overwhelming, Midoriya asked the girl a few things. What was she here for?, what where they doing here?, why was she covered in bandage?. From the answer to this questions he determined that Eri was a prisoner here, a Test subject of some sorts. She had been here since she had memory, witch meant that she was probably kidnapped as a young child by Kai. From her horn Midoriya determined that she had a quirk but when he askd her about it, she refused to answer by facing the other way, giving him her back. When he tried to see if the injuries under the bandages were serious, she backed away, denying his touch. Midoriya's concern for her deepened with this, she probably wasn't socialized with other people, and he can't imagine what she has been through. In a way it reminds him of his younger self, unsociable, silent,......scared. 

The sound of the door being opened brought Midoriya out of his thoughts, he looked to see who it was but when he did he regretted it. Standing at the door was Kai chisaki himself holding a rope of some kind.

"Hello there Izuku..." Kai said rather cheery

"What do you want Kai..." Midoriya barked

"I just came here to fetch you darling"Chisaki responded taking a step inside the room

When Eri noticed his presence she got up and walked away from Midoriya, then she sat in a rocking chair she had in her room.

"Why did you bring me here?" Midoriya asked, his tone pretty demanding

"Oh! I'm sorry we had to leave the ball so early my dear, we had unwelcome guests" he said, his last word laced with venom

"And by these unwelcome guests you mean hero's!?" Midoriya shouted

"I'm guessing that your profession is villainy then?!" Midoriya's sarcastic tone was new

"You have guest correctly my dear" kai taunted, then he took a few more steps inside the room

Midoriya instinctively moved in front of Eri, shielding her from Kai.

"....what did you do to this girl?" Midoriya asked, his tone warned

"....that is non of your concern, I don't even know why you are in here, you where not supposed to be here, but what is done is done can't go back now, So I'm moving you to another room" kai said taking a few more steps

"And if I don't want to?" Midoriya askd

"...then I will have to force you" Kai responded now flaunting the pice of rope on his hand

Midoriya knew that even if he tried to fight back and stay, it would be to no avail. Midoriya needed to be smart about this.

".....fine..." Midoriya said reluctantly and walked out of the room with Kai

Midoriya walked out of the room and Kai closed the door behind them, Midoriya watched his surroundings carefully making sure to take in every detail, but when Kai's hand reached for his waist, Midoriya flinched and backed away, Kai did not like this.

"DONT TOUCH ME!" Midoriya screamed at Kai

"Oh? Why not? Are you violating the contract?" Kai taunted

"What contract?!?" Midoriya demanded

"The one you signed before we left to the ball" kai answered and pulled the contract out of his jacket

"That was for the duration of the ball" Midoriya declared

"Are you sure? Here it says and I quote "I MIDORIYA IZUKU GIVE PERMISSION TO KAI CHISAKI TO TOUCH ME FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE TIME I AM WITH HIM" it's as long as you are in my care" Kai deadpanned with a grin of his face

Midoriya didn't bother to read the contract.......Fuck

Midoriya stood in silence, with his eyes to the ground, not daring to look at Kai

"Now now don't worry darling, I will take care of you, ok? You don't need to worry, I would never hurt you, you are to precious for that" Kai said grabbing onto Midoriya shoulders and pulling him into a hug

Midoriya flinched but didn't move away

"Come on let's go to you new room my darling" Kai said pulling Midoriya by the wrists
