The Forest Sonamy, Silvamy, or Shadamy

He's gone!!

Foot steps echo through the Forrest. They were sluggish. I hearty sigh was let out.

"Why can't I seem to put this past me...", The man with dark quills with read mixed, in winced.

The Forrest was getting darker as the sun set, the shadows from the trees made it especially apparent it was nearing night time.

I feel so pathetic. Is this how all the women felt when I.... Or am I thinking to much from it.

I just kept walking aimlessly, waiting to run into another village. For some reason I was feeling self conscious. She knew who I was. What if this happens again? Why am like this. One girl shouldn't do this to me... so why.

I sighed once more.

I looked up to see a stranger walk by with a weird limp, I wasn't to focused on the person so I just minded my business and looked at my shoes, as I walked.

Another hour passed. Iv been walking for a good amount of time.

*snore*

???

"What was that?" The hedgehog whispered to him self, as he heard a loud snore.

He walked to where it had sounded like it was coming from, when he heard the snore again.

He walked up to an old but thick tree. It was right behind this tree.

He walked around it and saw a girl all cut up and had dried blood on her. She had nice pink quills, and long eye lashes.

"!! Excus—"

He was cut off by the sound of her loud snore. He flinched, and tried once more.

"Excuse me!?"

"Mmmm", she groaned.

He furrowed his eyes in determination. He kneeled down and shook her.

"Excuse me, are you ok?".

The girl slowly moved, and opened one of her eyes, looking at the boy in front of her. She squinted and rubbed her eyes.

"Hello?", the boy said once more, rubbing his head.

She woke up finally and gasped, as she shoved the boy to the side. But she stopped dead in her tracks.

"Wh-huh?", she looked around to look for someone, rather then something.

"He's gone!!???-I??" She looked at the boy who was just as confused as her.

I smiled confusingly, "hey?" 

"The boy.  He- I didn't catch his name... he was hurt and now he's not here. And where did he go!!?" She looked at me as if I knew the answer.

"Hey, calm down I just got here, who are you talking about, are you okay?" 

"I-I'm fine- There was a boy here yesterday, all injured, and now he's gone. Did you seen him walking last by chance??".

The guy tapped his head a bit and shook his head, "no, not that I can recall".

She frowned.

I flinched and walked up to her, "hey don't frown. What's wrong? Did he leave you?"

What am I saying?

She sighed. "I guess... I saved his life, I think, and he just walks away no thanks or anything." 

I saw her frown deepen, which made my heart ache. I pulled a flower out from thin air.

"Please don't frown, from what you said, you did everything you could. So cheer up". I sweetly spoke.

She looked amazed at the flower, and fiddled with one of her quills. "T-thanks." 

"I'm shadow. Shadow the hedgehog. And you m'lady?", He held his hand out.

"I'm Amil- Amy. Call me Amy", She slightly blushed.

"Well Amy. What are you doing out here looking all cut up. A lady shouldn't be all roughed up. You should be treated like a princess"

"PU-PRINCESS!- uhm no sorry I just really love the out doors. And I adventure a lot. Yep. Us women can do anything we want and still be as delicate as a flower." Amy smiled.

"Fair enough M'lady. Where you heading too?".

Amy blinked a few times. As she had no idea where she wanted to go, nor where anything was. Her plan was to walk till she hit a village.

I ruffled my quills, nervously. As I had no idea where to go, nor what to say.

Shadow chuckled.

"Would you like to accompany me?"

My ears perked up a bit and I nodded.

"I'd be delighted too, when we make it to a village I definitely need to bathe!"

"It's my honor.". As he chuckles a bit.

The both smiled at one another.

"Since we're gonna travel together, mind telling me about your self to pass the time?"

Amy sweated a bit as they both started to walk in the same direction. She looked around, looking to make up a story.

"Before I do. Tell me about your self.", she smiled.

He sighed and frowned.

"What's wrong?"

He looked at me with guilt written all over his face.

"I'm a jerk to put it in simple terms. But I got played by a girl. And I feel like... I truly loved her.."

"That's sounds awful. And shame on her for playing you..." Amy growled.

Shadow looked to the side, not fully telling her the truth.

"Well then after running into the Forrest, to clear my mind, I walked for awhile... wait. Now that I think of it there was a stranger I passed by. But I didn't pay mind to them."

Amy eyes glowed with surprise, and shock. "You what!!? We need to go back!!"

Shadow shook his head, "no way. Like I said before it was his decision to leave you. You don't need to do any more for him! If he was great full he should have thanked you properly."

Amy flinched a bit, "I understand, but I need to do this. I need to make sure he's ok".

Amy said trailing a bit behind shadow. Shadow didn't say anything.

Amy nervously looked at shadow, "can you please show me the direction he walked in?"

Shadow shook his head.

"Please...".

Shadow sighed. "Fine." And started to walk the direction he saw the stranger go.

Amy was shocked he was gonna tag along, rather then not pointing the way. But she stayed quiet as she loved the company, and didn't wanna be alone at night in the Forrest again.
