Nandini was having her beautiful afternoon  sleep after having her early lunch.
Manik came to nandini's sleeping quarters. Gauri who stood outside room
Noticed manik. She bowed immediately.

Gauri:-pranam maharaj.

M:-where is your begum,what is she doing.

Gauri:-begum was sleeping maharaj,
I will woke her up now.

M:-no need you stand outside, don't disturb us if it is unnecessary.

Gauri:-ok your highness.

Manik entered nandini's bedroom, found her sleeping cutely on bed. He went to bed, sat beside her. He started looking at her face.

M:-how much calm she looks when sleeping, who will imagine this sweet calm girl turns into pataka if she wakes up. (Caressing her hair).

Nandu stirred in sleep, she opened her sleepy eyes, looked at manik dreamingly.

N:-why are you coming into my dream again, go away.

M:-is she dreaming about me.(smirking).

N:-at least in my dreams you didn't behave like bitter gaurd.

M:-(in mind) did she call me bitter gaurd how dare she.

Nandu pulled him to bed and climbed on him and slept on his chest.

N:-at least let me hug and sleep this bitter gaurd in dreams. How much handsome you are, if you are not male version of panchali then I would have been kissed you already(in English)(kissing his cheek).

Nandini went to sleep. Manik hugged nandini with one hand, and placed his other hand on cheek where nandini kissed him.

M:-which language she is speaking, weird. This kiss, her lips are so soft.

Manik kissed her forehead and went to sleep with her while hugging her.

Some where in inner palace
A lady is drinking tea but smashed cup to ground hearing someone's report.

Lady:-what did you say, come again.

Maid:-begum I saw maharaj going into naziya(nandini) begum sleeping quarters.

Lady:-how she dared trap my man.
How can manik enter her chambers.
He is mine to love, mine to cherish,he belongs to me only, I will never tolerate him loving other women. I will kill her.

Maid:-santh begum we can't let maharaj know about your possesiveness. It will bring danger to you.

Lady:-ok I will calm down, but naziya(nandini) has to die.

Maid:-she will but not now begum, maharaj is suspicious about things going in dark, we can't let him know we are doing those things.

Lady:-ok out now.

Nandini's room
Nandini stirred in sleep, and hugged her teddy bear (aka manik) close to her.

N:-why this teddy bear is muscular, my teddy will be very soft na.

Nandini opened her eyes, greated with someone's chest.

N:-oh my aiyappa why am sleeping on mans chest,(she looked at face). What the hell why am sleeping on this bitter gaurd.

Nandini forcefully removed his hands and sat up. Manik too woke up from his sleep.

N:-what are you doing in my bed.

M:-you are my begum, so logically this is my bed to, so I can sleep here. For your information you are one who pulled me and slept on me.

Nandini remembered how she pulled manik thinking as dream how she kissed him. Nandini face started blushing.

N:-I thought it was dream so.

M:-oh you dream about me also.(coming closer to her).

N:- stop their don't come close.

M:-why iam your husband right.

N:-yes I know you are my husband you don't have to remind me(making annoying face).

M:-by the way how dare you to call me as bitter gaurd.(angrily)

N:-yes I called you so what, your always makes faces like someone owns you something. You just look like bitter guard so I call you bitter gaurd.

M:- you little mouse, who are you calling bitter gaurd.

N:-you called me M O U S E, how dare you compare me to mouse.

M:-mouse is just like you small and short.

N:-you how can you call me that, I will not leave you today. (Beating manik).

M:-you little mouse, you have forgotten am king if this palace, you are beating me like am a kid.

Manik kept her hands to her back. Pulled her to himself.

M:-you know you look very beautiful when you are angry, you can call me bitter gaurd if am in your chambers.
Bye I have to attend court, I will come to your chambers in evening, get ready wait for me to have dinner.(kissing her cheek).

Nandini just sat like statue manik left to court
