" just don't wanna miss you tonight"

I walk behind Richie and Eddie who stop talking as they entered Ben's room. His room was a sight to see. Newspaper clippings hung on the walls and bed.

"What's that?" Asked Stanley as I walked over to the boys. "Oh that. That's the charter for Derry township." "Nerd alert." "No, actually it's really interesting. Derry started as a beaver trapping camp." "Still is, am I right, boys?" Says Richie putting his hand up for a high five but not receiving one back.

"91 people signed the charter that made Derry but later that winter they all disappeared without a trace." Ben finishes "the entire camp?" Asked Ed with a voice that didn't seem like he believed it.

"There were rumors of Indians but no sign of an attack. Everybody just thought it was a plague or something but it's like one day everybody just woke up and left. The only clue was a trail of bloody clothes leading to the well house"

"Jesus. You've got Derry unsolved mysteries." Says Richie as the boys start to argue and I just walks away.

"W-eh-where was the well house?" Asked Bill as I walked over to where he was. "I don't know somewhere in town I guess. Why?"

"Nothing," Bill says, looking at the wall, scared.

"Mag! Wake up Beverley wants us to go to hers." Says Richie jumping on my bed and waking me straight up.

"Ok ok." I say rolling out of bed as Richie falls to the ground making us both laugh as I head over to my closet grabbing a random pair of jean shorts and then one of Richie's shirts he left at my house.

"Ok let's go." "Everyone's already here. Henry wouldn't let them in." Says Richie as we start to walk through my house. "Typical."

"Hey Hen, I'm going to hang out with my friends. Try to be nice to some kids today." I say to him as I give him a side hug. Henry stood right by the front entrance staring at my friends.

"Be safe." He says quietly only to where I can hear him and gives me a forehead kiss then leaves the room. No one in the group noticed the forehead kiss because they were too busy arguing about something random.

I shut the door behind me and grab my bike. "Oh my god. This is unbelievable! Henry pumped your bike." Says Richie as his hands shoot to his mouth.

"Shut the fuck up," I say laughing at his joke. "L-l-let's go guys b-Beverley needs us." Says bill butting in.

"You made it. I- I need to show you something." Says Beverley after she rushed down her stairs.

"What is it?" Asked Ben seriously as some of the boys threw down their bikes. "More than we saw at the quarry-" "shut up! Just shut up Richie." Says Eddie cutting him off as I elbow him.

"My dad will kill me if he finds out I had boys in the apartment." Says Beverley looking over at Bill. "We-we'll leave a lookout." Bill starts looking at richie and me making me groan.

"Now Richie and Mag sta-stay here." Says bill as all the boys rush up the hill that leads to the stairs. Richie's arms shot up in defense. "Woah woah woah what if her dad comes back?"

"Do what you always do. Start talking." Says stanley rushing up the stairs to follow the group.
"It is a gift." Richie says back as he starts to play with his Hawaiian shirt. "Come on. We'll go sit down." I say to him, grabbing onto his hand and walking over to the stairs.

I lay my head onto Richie's shoulder as we both sat down, our hands still together.
"Rich..." "yeah?" "I love you." I say to him reminding the boy who seemed down about how the boys use him as the lookout because he likes to talk. It was obvious that Richie was insecure about it a little so I always made sure to remind him that I like how he is.
