By the time I had woken up I was already back in the wolf den. I was laying in some room when the door opened, it was Wyatt. He came over and gave me a blanket and some soup to eat. I thanked him quietly. After that it was just awkward. I couldn't look him in the eye, the name he called me still running through my brain.

I guess I sat there for too long just looking at my lap. When Wyatt put his hand on mine I jumped like 10 feet in the air. I quickly looked at him to see tears running down his face. That sight broke my heart right then and there

"Wyatt? What's wrong?" I asked.

"I messed up Amanda, I messed up big time..."

"What are you tal-"

"No I messed everything we had up! I let my anger get the best of me and I yelled at you! God I said words that I've never even thought of you before. I was too blinded by my own anger that I didn't even see that you were just trying to protect your family. I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" He was full on balling now. All I could do was pull him into a hug and not let go.

"Wyatt I want you to listen to me. What you said did hurt, I'm not gonna lie. But I never blamed you for anything. I'm not mad or upset at you. Now please stop crying cause this is breaking my heart!"

He eventually stopped crying and I could tell that the guilt was eating him alive. I pulled him onto the bed that I was laying on and started playing with his hair and singing the song I always sing
