Axel arrived home speechless wanting too go back knowing Gus was broken hearted and more importantly wanted tell him how he feels in person. But going home has extremely mixed reactions Axel had a feeling something was wrong he just couldn't shake that feeling off but he couldn't put his finger on it that night he enrolled Marcus into a kindergarten as he enrolled into a school himself immediately he befriended people and it was amazing he witnessed people bullying a 14 yr old girl so he helped her out and befriended her "Hi I'm Axel what's your name" Luz replied "I'm Luz nice too meet ya" "wow your tall" Axel replied "I know I'm tall" Luz happy said "meet my other friend they've been my only friend since 2nd grade Hope walked by "Hi I'm Hope nice too meet ya" Axel smiled "hi I'm Axel" every day they've were called the weirdo trio. Axel smiled Luz was confused "how are you not letting them-" Axel replied "let's just walk away" and ignore them if you ignore the bullying they'll leave you alone Luz and Hope agreed and it worked for now until show and tell Luz showed her weirdness increased 2 years later Axel didn't show as he wasn't too happy the caller broke and needed time
Chapter 17
Axel got a message and answered it said "Axel me and Hope are being sent too summer camp We don't wanna go" Axel was panicked a little as he heard a voice "ready too go" Axel turned around YOU!- "sleep now" the figure shot him Marcus Fluffy Wiggles and Blossom with sleepy bullets as they were taken too somewhere familiar but had a feeling he was in the boiling isles *meanwhile* Luz and Hope were looking for Axel and saw a trial of foot prints went too follow and ran into a portal both looked at each other in amazement as they both ran inside ran into Eda they introduced themselves it was all fine and dandy until Luz explained the situation so they went too the emperor's castle freed them all got into crazy shenanigans managed too escape and Axel looked up "Eda!?"
Chapter 18
Eda replied "hello lets just get outta here and leave because this is dangerous" Axel offered too explain Luz smiled "okie" Hope was just surprised and shocked at The Owl House Axel and Eda shared everything King was teasing Axel about something Axel was blushing a lot Luz gave a shipper face "soooo Axel who's this Gus" Axel sighed "you'll meet him soon" Luz and Hope were excited that night Luz said "can't you believe We're here" Hope replied "I know right this is so so cool" that morning Axel texted Hexside about this and wanted too surprise Gus he sat in his old castle bed with his siblings thinking of the surprise he'd do to Gus and his other old friends
Chapter 19
That morning Principal Bump announced a returning student. Gus had a feeling it was someone he knew but wouldn't get his hopes up "Willow who can the returning student be" he asked Willow replied "I have no idea" 10 minutes later Axel opened the door "guess who's back Hexside" Gus dropped his books in happiness "AXEL!" He ran too Axel jumping into his arms Axel smiled "hey bud missed me" Gus cried "yes... I am never letting you go" Axel laughed knowing he was with his bestie "Willow" he waved at her happy Willow replied "hey Axel long time no see.. yea Gus missed you a lot and I guess I missed ya to" Axel smiled as he pulled Willow in for a hug" they hugged for 25 minutes
