Roberto's POV

I woke up and looked at the clock to see it was 6:30 in the morning. I noticed me and Zoe shifted a little in our sleep since I was now on my back and she was fully on top of me. She laid so peacefully as her head rested on my chest, she did drool a bit but I didn't mind too much.

She was sleeping so peacefully, I didn't want to wake her up but I knew we had to get to the meeting soon. She can't miss this meeting since they're talking about her second mission today, I just wish Riccardo would push it to a suitable time. Maybe I should ask...

I rolled over a bit, careful to not wake Zoe and I called Riccardo.

"What?" Riccardo's voice rings through the phone. "Can you please push the mission to noon at least?" I whispered. "One, why are you whispering? Two, I don't know, I already told everyone that the meeting was at 8 and I'm pretty sure everyone would be mad if I move the meeting time since they're already up." He sounds like he's doing stuff away from the phone since his voice is so distant.

"Because, I'm not trying to wake anyone up. Two, you should move the time, if anything they would be glad to catch some more sleep. Please, Riccardo." I whispered into the phone as Zoe groans lightly and I quickly muted the phone, hoping Riccardo didn't hear.

"What was that?" Riccardo says. "That was me, I had to stretch sorry. Uh, so will you move the time please?" I unmuted the phone and continued to whisper. "Fine, I'll inform everyone that the meeting will be moved to noon. I guess it would be better to do it then since some peoples' brains don't function normally early in the morning." He says putting something down. "Thanks big bro, love you."

"Love you too, lil bro." Riccardo hangs up and I'm left with this beautiful angel on my chest. I continue to stare at her as she peacefully sleeps, I know it sounds weird but I can't help it, she's just so beautiful. She started to talk in her sleep and I almost laughed at her but I just decided to kind of make conversation.

"Really?" I say as she hummed a little "mhm" to me and continued to snore a bit. She's so adorable. Eventually, she started holding on to me and getting comfier. I decided to go back to sleep since I don't have to worry about the time anymore.

Zoe's POV

I woke up around 10:30 and started freaking out. I shook Roberto and told him we'll be late. "Roberto!! It's 10:30, we're late!!" I yelled at him.

"What?" He groaned as he awoken from his slumber. "We're going to be late!" I yelled again. "First of all, Shh, you don't want anyone to hear you in here. Two, we're not late, I convinced Riccardo to push the time to noon." He laughed. "Why didn't you tell me?!" I hit him on the chest playfully.

"How did we end up like this?" I said referring to our position. "I have no clue but I don't mind it." He smirked and pat my head.

We laid there for at least a half an hour before we finally got up and got ready. I made sure to be careful so I wouldn't be seen as I tipped toed back to my room, closing the door silently. I decided to dress comfortably this time because no one told me I had to dress accordingly.
