I literally want to hang myself from a goddamn cliff. Tonight's the engagement party thing and I don't have a date. It's humiliating so I sank to a low.
I walk into Felix's tent, he's shooting darts and I'm dreading life.
"Hey....um.....Felix."
"What are you doing here Swan?"
"I need a date to the party tonight."
"Ok you have my attention."
I cannot believe I'm saying this.
"Can you go with me?" I said in a deep disgusted voice.
"That's was hard for you wasn't it?"
"Yeah!"
"Ok I'll go with you."
I ran out of the tent and to mermaid lagoon.
Ok there is one really big thing that happened over this last year. It turns out I have POWERS!!!! I guess I'm special to someone somewhere. So once in a while I go to mermaid lagoon and lift a couple mermaids out of the water without their land bracelets and just watch them flip and flop...... it's actually entertaining.
As I watch the dying mermaids spasm, I feel a sadness. I literally don't know why, I shouldn't be sad this is a happy time, people are getting married, there's a party, mermaids are dying, it's good right now. Well is it? I pop out of my thought to see that the creature dies, I kicked it and it rolled back into the Lagoon.
"Careful Love the mermaids might start to notice." Pan said firm behind me.
"Shouldn't you be getting ready for a party?" I ask while getting up from the ground.
"Yeah, but it's not like I care. Its all Lily, she wanted the party and u just went with it-" I cut him off.
"God what is wrong with you, your Peter-freaking-Pan and your taking orders from a girl you met like a year ago. What happened to the boy who could kill in the snap of a finger. The boy who was ruthless and strict with how his island was to be run. The boy who begged for that physical relationship that he never got. You're growing up and I don't like it. Peter Pan never grows up!"
Right there and then he grabbed my waist and pulled me into his lips, I quickly pull away.
"Uh what are you doing, In case you forgot you have an engagement party tonight."
He looked kinda shocked but then kinda hurt. Hw stormed away leaving me alone at Mermaid Lagoon.
6 hours later
I really have to get ready now, the thing is I have to go shave my legs and put on a dress when I could stay in my leggings because leggings are love, leggings are life. But I can't so I have to get ready. Lily want complete formal wear, just all out.
I conjure up This loose red dress it a really low neck line and a slit in the leg that goes up to about mid-thigh. I curl my hair and feather it our, then I do very basic shadow make, okay I think I'm ready. I'm in the bathroom admiring myself in the mirror. When I hear Felix calling me from outside the door.
"Swan? You ready?" He says.
"Oh um yeah I am." I open the door and his jaw literally dropped past the floor and into the sub-basement of the earth.
"How do I look?" I ask.
"Um.......aH......um....... you look hot."
" I know" I say as I grabbed my hand bag and walked out the door.
