"You know you can't be showing up to my job like that right?" I say
After Nicki popped up at my job she offered to take me to lunch. Normani was a little concerned about it but I assured her it was just a friendly visit.
The last thing I need is the nosy ass white people at my office thinking I'm cheating on my fiancé.
"Damn, you can't have friends?"
"I don't have friends that come to my job to take me to lunch. Di and Meg are usually the only ones that come to see me for lunch. I just don't want people to get the wrong idea."
She nods "I get it. It might look a little weird to people"
"Exactly, and it doesn't help that you came dressed like that" I say eyeing her up and down.
Nicki has always looked good but her body was crazy now.
She crosses her arms and asks "And what's wrong with what I'm wearing?"
"Legsss and hipsss and body,body,body" I mock the Kandi song
She has a smirk on her face and glint in her eyes "Oh so you were checking me out?"
"It's kinda hard not to notice."
She laughs "Mhmm. I'm sure your colleagues appreciate me for wearing this dress."
"I'm sure they do. So what's up? I know you didn't just pop up to take me to lunch."
"You're right. Actually, I spoke to Meg and she let me know that you're having a bachelorette party soon."
I nod my head "Meg has been saying and doing a lot lately." I say more to myself than Nicki
"She let me know that she's planning it and I wanted to offer my club as the venue for it. I got the girls and you've seen for yourself how fine they are. I can help Meg make it a memorable night for you."
"How much would all that be?"
"For you? Nothing at all."
"Nicki"
"What Y/n? I'm serious. I won't charge you anything. Just come with your friends and be prepared to have a night of fun."
"You wanna offer your club as the spot for my bachelorette party for free?"
"Why is that so hard to believe?" She asks
"What's the catch?"
"There is no catch Y/n. I just wanna do something nice for you. You can just consider it a wedding gift." she says
She wants to host my bachelorette party at her strip club for free ....
"I don't know Nic, Di and I haven't even really talked about how we were gonna do things. I'll have to get back to you on that."
