A "normal" day

POV: Sofia
i was on my phone lying on my bed waiting for the clock to turn to 8:00 so i can walk to school. My mum was out again, i had everything ready for school and when i checked the time it read 7:30. i was glad that she wasnt home because when she was she was drunk, plus i knew how to take care of myself. i got up, grabbed my bag and left the house locking the door behind me after saying goodbye to my dog Maddie. i was walking towards school and met up with my friend Shelby to walk with her to school. Her dyed ears pointed to my direction when i approached her,
'Hey' she smiled
'Sup' I waved
'Do we have to go to school?' she groaned
'Yeah and anyways i kinda like school' i sighed
'Yeah right you just want to see Sarah~' she laughed
'Shut up' I smiled. She wasn't wrong, i did want to see my future omega, her stupid soft chocolate brown ears and tail, her dumb beautiful green orbs, lame her scent. i had a massive crush on her since 6th grade and couldn't stop my feelings, i wasn't sure if she was gay though because she's dating a guy right now and i can't change that. im an alpha and Sarah is an omega she's dating this man and im dating this guy but im only dating him to make her jealous. i didn't date him just for that reason i guess i thought i liked him and now he's always trying to kiss me, whenever he tried to i would find a way to make fun of Sarah, I think she might like me. She never really talks to me when we are at school only to scream at me to stop stealing her notes and that was it, i skipped most classes anyways so i never really saw her. We made it to school and Sarah wasn't there i got a little sad but tried to hide it. If she wasn't here, who was I supposed to make fun of? The day went by quickly and when i finished with dinner there was a knock at the door,
'Is your mother home?' the landlord asked
'No'
'Tell her she needs to pay her bills before the end of the week or i will have to kick you out'
'What?' i said on the verge of tears
'She hasn't paid her bills in 6 weeks im sorry ive given you all the leeway i can.' He walked away and i closed the door sitting on the ground crying, 6 weeks? I opened my phone, Sarah had responded to a am I sent her a week ago

Sofía👹: imight get kicked out because my mum didn't pay the bills
