She was staring at me, her piercing red eyes gazing upon him, he swore he could feel a soul, that being how hard she stared upon him.
"Why must you stare at me so Lilith?" he spoke, his tone dull yet peacefully calm as he spoke to the scarlet haired woman in front of him, she spoke no response, staring at the other god before her, pity taking place of her dark chaotic soul
"that girl you have been watching, Ceil, she's bound to die someday Azrael , there is no point in pursuing her" her tone was dark, her voice stern, he stood finally, arising onto his feet
"and you speak nothing but the truth Lilith, however, I will pursue whomever I wish."
and with that, the Angel left a heap of black smoke in his wake.the two younger gods stared at each other, trying to process what had just taken place. the girl shrugged to the boy, the boy's silver eyes going from her to the tall redhead, Lilith, however, remained still. staring at where Azrael once was. She dismissed them
-POV: Sephtis-
She dismissed Anata and I, the smaller one happily skipping over to me as I'd walk away, she grabbed my hand as I hissed and pulled it away.
"What's your problem Seph?" her tone was happy, even though we were both doomed to die. Yet she knew that.
"Anata, cut the happy act, you and I are both aware our deaths are inevitable unless Azrael finds a goddess of life." I retorted back to her, glaring at her. her expression softened, I could see the sadness in her Firey orange eyes, once firey now extinguished as we were losing our magic. I sighed.
"I'm sorry Anat---" at that moment I went to apologize she collapsed against my body, falling against my chest, I caught her in an instance, her cold body fallen limp against my own as I held onto her waist, trying to hoist her back up to balance."LILITH!!!" I shouted the redhead stared at me from the distance away she was, at that moment I realized, the disloyalty, the detestation, the intense vexation she held towards Anata and I. Her Blood red eyes pierced my soul as had done Azrael earlier. An overwhelming feeling of despondency took over my body as Anata's body against mine stayed still as I held her closer.
"Be as you will Sephtis" the traitor said to me "and if Azrael finds out I was Negligent to help, Your soul will be mine. As will be hers"
