2 WEEKS LATER

Its been 2 weeks since louis took grace to take the DNA test and were at the courthouse

"louis we are in courtroom 14" the attorney says

"ok lets go I think I see harry and his family" louis says as they walk in to the courtroom and go to sit down

"case of styles vs Tomlinson case number LS07230928 parties please step forward" the bailiff says as louis his attorney and harry and his attorney walk forward and sit down where they are told as the judge walks in the court room and sits down

"have you all been sworn in" the judge asks

"yes your honor" everyone says at the same time "we are here to determine paternity of minor child gracelynn rose Tomlinson and establish custody agreement"

"yes your honor" louis and harry say at the same time

"so before we begin lets get the DNA test results out of the way" the judge says as he opens the envelope "according the the DNA test results harry Edward styles is 100% the father of minor child gracelynn rose Tomlinson with no room for error" the judge says as harry smiles as a tear falls

"thank you your honor" harry says with a wide smile

"no problem lets continue" the judge says "we are here as well to determine custody agreement for the minor child"

"yes your honor" harry and louis says at the same time

"Does the minor child lives with the mother or father"

"Mother" louis attorney answers

"is the child in daycare and who pays for the childs medical expenses" the judge asks

"the minor is not in daycare mr tomlinsons neighbor takes care of her while mr Tomlinson is at work and mr Tomlinson pays for her medical coverage" louis attorney says

"how much does mr Tomlinson pay for child care and medical cost" the judge asks

"your honor mr Tomlinson doesn't pay for childcare as the nanny is a very rich older lady that doesn't need any money she watches the minor because it keeps her busy as per the sign affidavit we presented to the court signed by the babysitter herself" louis attorney says " as for medical expenses mr Tomlinson pays $200 a month for the minor child alone"

"well mr Tomlinson you are very fortunate to have a nanny that doesn't charge you" the judge says

"I know ms Barbara fell in love with my daughter the moment she met her and hasn't left her side" louis says

"has the minor child met mr styles" the judge asks

"yes your honor" louis attorney answers as louis raises his hand

"yes mr Tomlinson" the judge asks

"your honor mr styles has met my daughter and in that time he only has seen her once and that was a month ago your honor if mr styles is serious of being in her life he needs to be consistant and not in and out of her life he will not play with her feelings for a week straight my daughter would ask about her hawwy and I had to tell her that he was working the sadness and disappointment in her face was heartbreaking you honor please I want mr styles to be part of her life and not just when its convenient for him" louis says "or I will come back and fight all of this again and keep him away from her forever"

"mr styles" the judge asks

"im sorry" harry says with tears in his eye

"no your apologize mean nothing to me your promises mean nothing to me just be there for her" louis says crying
