Chapter 2

As you enter the portal you get teleported to another area with a beautiful scenery.

You are mesmerized by the beauty of the Sakura trees and how its leaves flow in the wind.

You don't quite see when Elysia came into your line of sight until she breaks the silence. "Y/n~, you shouldn't stare too much, you might make me blush." You get snapped to reality barely even processing what's going on. "I- ummm... What?"

The pink haired girl smirks, you clearly were easy to tease. She will make the most out of it for sure.

You tried composed yourself fairly quickly to avoid the pink haired girl to make another comment that catches you off guard. "Anyways. Now you give me your signet, right?"

"Yep, and after a portal will appear for you to start the trial." It all seems fairly easy to you.

As you enter the portal after choosing your signet a couple honkai beasts appear and you make quick work of them.

After a while of repeated fights you seem to see a new portal of sorts.

When you go through the portal you now see a new face. Another Flamechacer! Now you are one step closer towards success.

"Nice to meet you, successor. My name is Hua, and I'll help you familiarize yourself with the Signets of Vicissitude."

Your first impression of Hua is that she is very polite and cute, adorable even. Reminds you of your brother who is about her age but anyways you can't focus on that right now.

Instead of how you greeted Elysia at first you are much more nicer to Hua.

"Nice to meet you Hua, I'm Y/n." You give Hua a genuine smile.

As much as you'd like to chat with Hua, who reminds you of your brother who you haven't seen in a while, you still need to complete the trial. You make a mental note to chat a bit if you see her in the lounge.

You are now done with the trial and feel satisfied with at least meeting a new Flamechacer.

When you step into the lounge Elysia is waiting for you and greets you.

"Hi~, how did it go?" She was eagerly awaiting for your answer. "It was pretty good, after all I met another Flamechacer."

"Oh? Who is it?"

"Hua, she is a nice kid." You gave her a small smile. "Hmmm, Y/n."

"Yes?"

"Between me and Hua who is your favorite Flamechacer so far?" You were surprised at the sudden question out of nowhere.

Maybe Elysia could be jealous? After all you did treat Hua in a different way than your first meeting with her but how could she know? Why would she be jealous anyways? You just met and Hua was a child. Even if you have to admit that you loosened up to Elysia quite quickly it wasn't enough. It was not there quite yet.

"So will you answer me?"

Elysia makes you stop over thinking, and well... You give her, her answer.

"You."

Elysia seems a bit surprised at your answer.

"Hmmm, how come?"

You think Elysia might be trying to tease  you but you still oblige anyways.

"Well, we have had more time to talk and even though my tone at the beginning was uncalled for. Somehow, you made me loosen up to you."

Elysia didn't think you'd be so honest and you think you saw a tiny blush but it must have been the lighting.

Elysia was quiet as you went to sofa to rest for a bit. You were drifting to sleep as you were thinking in why Elysia didn't took that opportunity to tease you. Maybe you might had turned the tables.

AN: As a lazy af person I was procrastinating on continuing this but instead of brain there's only Elysia and I finally listed to myself. Elysia Supremacy for life! I'm enjoying writing this oh no...
